"y/n!" Jemma greets as I walk in to the lounge

"hey Jemma how are you?"

"good you know we are leaving tomorrow or you coming with us?" she asks I completely forgot that we were only in New York for a week, I don't what I am going to do.

"um I am not sure, I will let you know ok"

"oh ok yeah sounds good, we are all going out tonight to celebrate our final night will you come?" she ask

"you bet I will" we laugh she hugs me before I say goodbye and go outside 

"y/n wait up" I turn behind me and see my brother running toward me

"hey Sam, what is going on?"

"well you have Hydra out looking for you, and your going outside alone. You asking to be kidnapped?" he says making me laugh

"no, but they will come after you too, so I guess we are both asking for it" He frowns and pulls out his phone and calls someone

"yep we are outside hurry" he says I raise my eyebrow

"what? I wanted backup so I asked for some" he says. I look behind him and see Tony walking toward us. I smile

"you called Tony?" 

"well I know you trust him with your life, so that means our lives so yeah I called him" he rambles making me laugh

"also because I know he would do anything to save you, therefore me as well" he adds. I punch his shoulder as he continues talking as Tony gets closer to us

"so where are we off to?" he asks getting closer, Sam looks at me for an answer

"well I was just going to get ice cream but I guess we are all going to now" I laugh, Sam smiles

"do you still get mum's ice cream?" he asks I smile

"yeah me too" he replies making me laugh and Tony smile

"ok enough sibling bonding lets go"

"oh uh I got to help Pietro with something inside you guys go without me" Sam says running away. Tony smirks at me I just facepalm

"well then lets get ice cream" Tony say gesturing to Happy who has pulled up with a car.

I sigh, and I just wanted to clear my mind...

"ok come on old man" I joke running to the car Tony frowns and runs after me 

"I am not that old" he argues taking a seat in the car next to me, I laugh

"no but it caused you to stop and think, no?" I say making him laugh

"ok fine, Happy takes us to the ice cream place" He says to Happy who is smiling at us.

"you ok happy?" I ask he nods

"very I am glad you too are finally together" he says. My face goes red and Tony laughs

"um ok eyes on road Hap" he says closing the privacy thing between the driver and the back of the car.

Tony just looks at me, smiles and looks away.

"Tony what is wrong?" I ask him he shrugs

"I am just happy" he says making me smile

"I am glad, also question" I say he looks at me, curious
