"Finn holdo's loading the crew into the shuttles, she's going to abandon ship. Where are you?" Poe said over his comms. Time was running out and he feared the worst
"Poe we're on our way back to the fleet, we're so close" Finn said back
"Did you find the code breaker?"
"Well, we found...... a code breaker" finn said back nervously. Poe put his head in his hands as he worried for what the next few hours would bring "we can shut the tracker down, just buy us some time"
Poe sighed and looked up to the ceiling of the ship "alright hurry, we don't have much time" Poe looked down at his wrist to the beacon as it glowed brighter and brighter. If she was on there way to them sage would be walking into a mess one that the first order is definitely counting on
"She'll be fine Poe.... She's a fighter" Finn said back knowing exactly why he was so worried
Meanwhile sage was on the falcon preparing to confront kylo. "As soon as I launch, you jump back out of range" sage said to chewie as she boarded the falcons escape pod "stay there until you get my signal for where to rendezvous"
Be careful sage chewie said to the girl, he worried for her. He didn't want to lose another friend.
"I will..... if you see Poe before I do, tell him...." Sage was trying to find the words
"That your crazy for doing this?"The wookie yelled out to her "or that your madly in love with him"
"Both I suppose" sage smiled as the wookie laughed and hugged her "I'll see you soon"
Sage then boarded the pod with her fathers lightsaber in hand and took off towards the first order star destroyer. When she landed in the cargo bay of the ship she was meet with hundreds of stormtroopers and kylo ren ready to handcuff her. She was then escorted by kylo to an elevator to see snoke
"You don't have to do this... I feel the conflict in you, it's tearing you apart" sage said turning to look at her cousin "ben....when you took my hand, I saw your future. Just the shape of it, but solid and clear.... You will not bow before snoke. You'll turn and come back..... I'll help you" sage said with hope in her eyes looking at her conflicted cousin. She remembers how close the two were when they were younger. They always looked out for one another, sage doesn't believe that just went away because of some ugly monster promised him power
"I saw something too.... Because of what I saw, I know when the moment comes you'll be the one to turn. You'll stand with me.... Sage, I've seen your mother and her past. And the reason she was always so secretive about her family" sage stepped back in shock. Her mother was always elusive when it came to her side of the family. She longed to know more about her and where she came from, so when kylo said that her world stopped for a moment.
The elevator doors suddenly opened to reveal a giant red room with snoke sitting on a thrown like chair at the end of it. Sages face fell as the anger in her boiled at the sight of the monster that had her mother killed.
"Well done my faithful apprentice" Snoke said to kylo who pushed sage through the room "young sage...Ive waited a long time to finally meet you.... Welcome"
Sages handcuffs suddenly dropped from her wrists "come closer child" sage didn't move
"Fuck you" she spat out
"So much strength.... Just like your mother" Snoke evilly smiled "and anger like your grandfather"
"Don't you dare talk about my mother, you murderer"
"Darkness rises" the man laughed in her face "and the light to meet it...... I warned my young apprentice that as he grew stronger, his equal in the light would rise" snoke suddenly force pulled sages lightsaber out of kylo Rens hand "It appears I assumed it was the wrong Skywalker......" sage wanted to do nothing more than rip this mans head off "Closer, I said"
Sage then began levitating towards the monster until she was inches from him "you underestimate my father.... And ben solo.... And me. It will be your downfall"
"Oh have you seen something? A weakness in my apprentice? Is that why you came?" The man then started laughing "it was I who bridged your minds"
Kylo looked up with a confused look plastered across his face "I stoked ren's conflicted soul. I knew he was not strong enough to hide it from you. And you were not wise enough to resist the bait" Kylo's anger began to rise as snoke took hold of sages neck "you will bring me your father... then I will kill you.... Just like your mother"
"No" sage said through her teeth
"Yes" he yelled out pushing sage into the air. He held her there pulling at her mind "give me everything"
"No!....no...no" sage screamed out as snoke levitated her up in the air. the pain was unbearable and She was struggling to breathe as snoke tried to dig into her mind. She screamed out in terror as bens heart began to ache. He felt conflicted, he knew he didn't want her dead but he couldn't understand why. He still wanted power but at what cost?

Poe suddenly woke up at the sounds of sages screams in his head. Earlier the man was Stunned unconscious by a very angry Leia as he was trying to give finn enough time to deactivate the lightspeed tracker by starting a mutiny on the ship's bridge. But it was too late holdo got everyone on to shuttles and took off.
Poe ran to the window of the shuttle looking at the first order ships and hitting his hand on the glass. He put his head down in despair, something in side him is telling him she's in trouble. he doesn't know how, but somehow he knows sage is on that ship... and she's in danger
"Poe!" Leia said to the frightened man
"Leia! Sage is in trouble... I can't explain it and maybe you'll think I'm crazy but I heard her voice.... She needs our help" Poe said racing to leias side. She was sitting on a bench against the opposite wall looking out the window "what the hell is that" he looked out to see a planet off in the distance
"The mineral planet Crait... it's an uncharted hide out from the days of the rebellion"
"That's a rebel base?" Poe asked confused
"Abandoned, but heavily armed.... Holdo knew the first order was tracking our big ship... they aren't monitoring for little transports" Leia explained to Poe
"So we could slip past unnoticed... that could work"
"She was more interested in protecting the light... and not seeming like a hero" Leia said reaching for Poe's wrist. She started taking off the tracking beacon when Poe suddenly stopped her
"Don't.... please. It's the only thing keeping me from completely losing it" Poe said with a tired expression. Ever since she left he hasn't slept properly. The anxiety of not knowing her fate kept him up at night
"She's a fighter Poe, she can handle it" Leia smiled at the man "she's survived so much already"
He chuckled for a moment "yeah... that's what scares me"
