"You sure this is it?" Poe asked c3po as they walked through the sandy desert of pasaana
"Im sure! These are the exact coordinates that master Luke left behind" the droid responded. They walked for hours seeing nothing but sand until they walked up a hill and were suddenly met with a giant festival of some kind
"What is this?" Poe said shocked, you could tell he was a bit annoyed
"The asokins festival of the ancestors" 3po said excitingly as Poe smacked his hand to his face in distress "this celebration occurs only once every 42 years!"
"Well that's lucky" Finn said sarcastically
"Lucky indeed" the droid said as they all turned to look at him with an annoyed face "what?"
"Come on" sage said as they walked through the festival full of colorful kites and dancing people all around "I've never seen anything like this" she smiled looking at all the happy people
"Yeah and I've never seen so few wayfinders" Finn said sarcastically passing her
"There's always random first order patrols in crowds like these" Poe said ignoring the two "so keep your heads down.....chewie"
"Shut up poe" the wookie called out as he awkwardly ducked down below the crowd
"Let's split up, see what the locals know" Poe said begrudgingly
Sage stoped as she saw a father telling a story to his children. She thought of her father and sighed, she missed him more and more as the days went on without him.
One of the children, a little girl, came running up to sage with a colorful necklace "welcome!" She yelled out to the women. Sage bent down to her level as the little girl placed the necklace on her "my name is nambi"
"That's a beautiful name, I'm sage" the little girl smiled and ran along back to her father who was waving. Sage smiled and waved back as she continued walking
Suddenly sage felt cold as the air shifted around her. When she turned around kylo ren was now standing directly in front of her. He looked the same only he a new mask now, it was like the old one but had red cracks all around it.
"Palpatine wants you dead" he said bluntly
"I see your serving yet another master" sage said through gritted teeth
"No, I have other plans.....I offered you my hand, you wanted to take it. Why didn't you?"
"You could've killed me, why didn't you?"
"You can't hide sage....Not from me"
"I see through the cracks in your mask, your haunted" she said in an almost whisper "you can't stop seeing what you did to them, my father and yours"
"Did you continue your count of days sense you've been away from your family? You know, now that your mother and father are dead?" Kylo taunted her. Sage became angry and started to make fists with her hands as she just stood there "such pain in you, such anger.... I don't want to have to kill you sage, your still like a sister to me, I'm going to find you, and I'm gonna turn you to the dark side"
