As the Cullens finally start school they notice Edward lacking out. Even tho the number of times he attended high school this year he started with bad grades.
"I got a D on my math test" he says shoving his test on the desk where Carlisle and Esme sat at and went to his room
"How is this even possible?" Esme asks "he loves math"
"No I don't! " Edward shouts from his room
"This is just a thought but I was thinking of inviting Edwards biological brother to come live with us" Carlisle suggests
"He has a brother?" Emmett asks "well I feel betrayed
"Yeah his name is Egune Masen, he is Edward twin. When I was going through Edwards documents before changing his I saw his name by siblings. And few years after on a honeymoon with Esme I passed by him"
"How did you knew he was Edwards twin?" Alice asks
"His face was very similar to Edwards, same eye color, his jaw line sticking out just like Edwards and his hair was exactly like Edwards but a little darker"
"How come he never mentioned Eguene?"
"He was very close to him I guess. He mentioned him to me a few times after changing him. I might have his phone number"
"Yeah its here" Rosalie calls from the librery with a phone book in her hands
"Call him!"
The phone rings
And Carlisle puts him on speaker
"Hello, Eguene Masen on the phone"
"Hello my name is Carlisle Cull-"
"Cullen. Doctor Carlisle Cullen, you treated my mother and my twin brother isn't that right?"
"Yes that is me"
"You are a vampire isn't that right?"
"What makes you think that?"
"Dude you treated my brother 103 years ago and I saw you few decades ago"
"Right, this might sound shocking but your brother is alive"

"Edward, he is alive. He is going through a tough time and we would appreciate if you come visi-"
"I'll be there tommorow. Text me the addres."
He hangs up the phone and Carlisle looks at his family
"Well that is settled"
Next day
Edward went to the meadown 45 minutes ago.
The Cullens hear a lnock on the door, Carlisle and Esme ran to the door and opened it.
There was standing Eguene Masen, Carlisle was right. He was so much like Edward
"Eguene"
"Dr. Cullen"
"Please, call me Carlisle" he smiles
"Okay then Carlisle, who may this be?"
"Oh this is my wife, Esme"
"Pleasure" he kisses Esme hand and Carlisle leades him to the living room
"Guys, this is Eguene Masen. Edwards brother"
"Omg now we have two Edwards great" Rosalie says sarcasticly
"So, we called you here because Edward is going through a tough time right now. He met this girl names Isabella Swan. They dated for a year or so when he left her for her 'safety'. After that a few months later he made his way to Italy and tried to commit suicide but failed of course. And after that we found out that he has been raped by the girl Isabella"
"You guys know he's gay right?" Eguene laughs
"What?"
"And he is not bumbed about the whole rape thing. You see our father would give us oral sex and rape us from the age of 4 to 16"

"Well I heard you are not in a very good place rn so I came by to be with you for a while"
"No none of the girls are hot"

"Yeah I do" they move closer and get pulled away by Emmett
