Chapter Three: Secrets are Closer

*Jenna's POV*

I really don't know what I'm going to tell Link, what if he doesn't like be back or worse fires me! I couldn't bare not to see his smile everyday and not from behind the screen. I just don't know how, I walked home than finished editing the video and sent it back to Link. The rest of the day I just watch Pretty Little Liars on Netflix. I headed off to bed and waited for the next day to come.

*Link's POV*
I wish I could just tell her, life would be so much easier and I could be happy. I received Jenna's email and watched the episode to make sure it's good, which it always is. I ate some vanilla yogurt and headed off to bed to sleep the night away.
She grabbed my hand and stared into my eyes and we were lost in deep thought. I broke the silence by say something
"Jenna I love you so much" it was awkward for at least a minute then she broke it by kissing me full on force. I grabbed her waist and she stood up, wrapped her arms around my neck
"Wake up Link" she whispered

I woke up and realized I'm still in my bed, it was just a dream and the voice was Christy's

After I got dressed I walked down stairs to eat some frosted mini wheats

"You know Link I had the strangest dream or maybe it was reality but you said 'Jenna I love you so much' isn't Jenna your new co-worker" Christy said as she washed the kids plates free of syrup from their waffles.
I stuffed my mouth of the great cereal and said
"Must've been dreaming"

"Yep, You must've, why Jenna of all people. She defiantly isn't the prettiest and the oldest"

"Yeah" I said trying to hide my anger
I kissed her fore head then ran out to my truck to go pick up Rhett. On the way over to his house I kept thinking about Jenna, maybe I should tell him. No he'd think I'm crazy, but he is my closest friend sometimes my only friend. I'm going to tell him.
I honked the horn and waited for him to jump in. He ran out the door trying to put his left shoe on
"Sorry I'm late, Locke hid my shoe as a prank"

"Well it is April Fools of 2017!" I laughed

"Yeah, I guess" he said sadly

"What's wrong Rhett" I asked concerned for my friends well being

"Me and Jess have become distant and I just don't know why!" He said pretty much shouting

"I tell ya it's good to go on date nights and stuff to keep the woman close" he said angrily

"Yes of course, speaking of woman-"

"Oh no are you and Christy"

"No nothing with Christy, but, this is really hard to say so I'm just going to come out and say it, I like Jenna"

"Wait the sixteen year old in our office or the one off of Pretty Little Liars"

"Wait there's a Jenna on PLL" I said shocked and getting side tracked

"Oh, i guess I'll take that as office Jenna"
I nodded

"Last night and the night before I had dreams about kissing her and this morning Christy called her ugly, I felt this anger boil up inside me like when that one girl on the plane told Christy to keep Lando quiet a few years back. Like 'don't talk about my girl like that' type of anger" I said getting angry at the thought

"You really like her?"

I nodded and cheekily smiled at my stupidness and at the thought of her being mine

"Why not take her out for a date to see how you like her then see who you like more" Rhett said encouraging

"What if she's not good with kids"
I said concerned

"Take Christy out and ask her to baby sit, even though Lily is thirteen and all see how she does with some one three years younger" he said smartly

"Rhett your a genius that's an awesome plam" I said cheerfully

We arrived at the studio and Jenna got there the same time we did

*Jenna's POV*
I got to the studio about the same time Rhett and Lino did.

"Hey Rhett, Link" I said smiling trying to hold in the tears I still had from earlier when I had a panic attack about how he's going to react.
Link opened the door for me

*third persons view*
Link opened up the door for Jenna then walked inside after her while Rhett trampled behind him carrying heavy grocery bags for today's episode for Good Mythical Morning, they are going to do a Oreo taste test.

"Jenna can I talk to you" Link said while Jenna's face lit up with hope that he's going to ask her out and that was the plan till he choked up

"Can you babysit Friday night, me and Chris wanna go out" Link said mentally face palming himself

"Uh yeah, um here's my number to text me the detes" she said disappointed
