Ava POV

Finally! Were back.

I flopped down on the bed and felt the comfortable duvet covers that i brought from home

Don't get me wrong,

I am super glad i spent the whole day with the children at the children's hospital.

But it feels great to be back.

"You really missed the bed." Kyle teased.

"Shush." I said as i threw a pillow at him.

"Oh, you wanna play?" Kyle said smirking.

"Sure." I smirked back.

Kyle picked up a pillow and started attacking me with it

It didn't hurt at all honestly.

I have to think fast.

Wait!

I know what to do now.

"Ow Kyle! Stop!" I cried as i rubbed my head in 'Pain'

Kyle stopped and looked at me.

"Im sorry, are you okay?" Kyle said as he tossed the pillow away.

He looked like he felt really bad.

I feel bad for what im about to do next.

"Yeah i am." I said.

I then grabbed the pillow that was next to me and started whacking him.

"Its a dirty trick!" Kyle said as he ran away to find a pillow.

"All is fair in love and war." I said as i stood up from the bed.

"I choose war!" Kyle said as he charged towards me.

I quickly dodged him and he fell flat on the bed.

I pinned him to the bed with my elbow

I started whacking his body lightly with my pillow.

"Do you surrender?" I asked.

"Never!" Kyle said.

"Suit yourself." I said.

"Fine, i surrender..." Kyle muttered.

"Good." I said as i removed my hand from his back

"Can't believe i lost to a girl." Kyle mumbled as he stood up.

I whacked Kyle on the head.

"Thats very sexist." I said.

"Sorry." Kyle said.

"Now THIS is low key flirting." Maudie said.

I totally forgot that Maudie and Ezra came in the room with us.

"Uhm, pretend you saw nothing." I said.

"Its quite impossible really." Maudie said. "But i suppose I'll try."

"Anyways, we should all get some rest for tomorrow." I said trying to change the subject.

"Yeah we should, Im really tired" Ezra said.

Kyle POV

I have to admit.

I did have fun having a pillow fight with Ava.

Though, i realised she's changed a lot more now.

Usually when i propose a pillow fight, she would reject it.

I was so surprised when she accepted the pillow fight  challenge.

I guess she's loosen up a bit.

She always acts so uptight sometimes.

It could be very annoying honestly.

But hey,

that's what i like about her.

Because she can set me straight when i do something wrong or stupid
