~𝑩𝒊𝒓𝒕𝒉𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝑺𝒖𝒓𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒆; 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒕 2~

Willow's POV:
It's now 7 o'clock at night. I was in my room until I heard a knock at the front door. "Willow, Charlie's here to see you!", my mom yelled.

"Coming mom!", I said while slipping on my shoes.

I speed walked out of my room to see Charlie standing in the living room with his hands in his pockets. He cracked his signature smile at me. He was wearing his usual blue jeans & his flannel jacket. He still looks handsome as always.

"Hi sweetheart. You ready to go?", he asked.

I interlocked my arm into his. "Yes I am, Spazway.", I said with a giggle.

My mom laughed. "Well then, you two have fun, but not too much fun."

Me & Charlie laughed. "Mom, we ain't that dumb when we go out."

"I know, I'm kidding. Bye you two!", my mom said as we headed out the door. We waved bye to her & closed the door behind us.

As we were walking towards the car, Charlie had stopped me. "Hold on sweetheart, it's a surprise. So I'm gonna keep your eyes covered."

He took out a handkerchief from his pocket & covered my eyes with it. We then got into Charlie's car & drove off to our destination.

After about a 10 minute drive, we finally arrived at our destination. Charlie opened my door for me & helped me off of the car.

"Charlie, where are we?", I asked.

He laughed. "You'll see, sweetheart. Keep on walking."

I kept on walking until he stopped me. "You can take off your blindfold now, sweetheart."

I took off my blindfold to see that we were at the river. The moon gleamed down on the river & the stars lit up the sky, making the view so mesmerizing.

I looked around in awe while covering my mouth. "Charlie, it's so beautiful!"

Charlie chuckled & wrapped his arms around my shoulders. "Not as beautiful as you, sweetheart.", he said placing a kiss on my cheek.

"Spazway, I didn't expect you to take me here.", I said.

Charlie looked at me with his classic smirk. "Sweetheart, I know you already. You think I don't know that this is one of your dream dates?", he laughed.

"I know, I know. You know me the best, babe.", I giggled.

Charlie had a picnic blanket & laid it out on the ground. "Lay down with me, sweetheart.", he said with a smile.

I kneeled down & laid down next to him. He wrapped his arm around me to get comfortable. I put my hand on his chest. "Thanks for the surprises today, Spazway. You and the others made my birthday this year the best.", I said looking into his eyes.

He smirked. "I'll do anything to make my girl feel happy and special.", he said leaning in to kiss me. His soft lips planted onto mine. God, kissing him and being with him felt like heaven.

After about 6 seconds, we broke the kiss & continued watching the sky to see if we could spot some constellations.

Today was honestly the best birthday ever. I'm so glad I got to spend it with my amazing friends & boyfriend. I don't know what I would do without those people.
