Tanjiro's POV:

A month later

I have been going through with what my dad had taught me when I was little. Like how to swing my sword right and how to breath correctly. Dad knew that he would die soon so he wrote the things I'd have to do and how to do it.

There were more breathing styles in this book(The book looks really old too. I wonder how old it is.). Even though I have to master these in the next 2 years, I'll have to master Sun breathing first. I have started working on constant total concentration breathing. I almost have it right. I have also started traveling to other higher mountains. I climb to the peak

and make my way back down (Making sure to do total concentration breathing both ways up and down.) I have also gotten better at heightening my senses. Especially my nose. There are times that when I'm descending the mountains that bears see me. They all seem to have the same idea every time because every time i'm running for my life with a bear on my tail.

9 Months Later

My hair has grown a lot longer. My body shows more muscle and my hands have scars on them from all my swings. Some are from close calls I had from my mountains walks. I have finally mastered Sun breathing and have started of learning more breathing from the book. Water has been Mastered along with Thunder breathing.

I have been sending letters to Nezuko to see how she is doing. I never get a response though, no mater how many letters I send. I have been visiting some villages I come across on my travels to the mountains for training supplies. I have also started to meditate on top of the mountains.

I have noticed the mark on my forehead has gotten bigger and bigger. It is now starting to go down half of my face.

2 Months Later

It has been a year since my family was killed and since I had started my training. Nezuko never responded but her trainer did at some point. He Introduced himself as Urokodaki in a letter he sent me. He tells me about Nezuko's training and her progress.

She is leaning water breathing. She is a little sloppy but she works hard. I have started to learn Wind and Flame breathing. I have had trouble learning Moon breathing but i'll save it for last. While training in Wind breathing I discovered the see through world.

I have started training with this and its hard to keep it for long. I'll be working on it though.

6 Months Later Again (Still a bit lazy sorry -_-')

It was tricky but I mastered the see through world Along with Flame and Wind Breathing. I figured out that I needed a different weapon to use Stone breathing. Along with it, it has to work with my physical strength.

I'm going to be looking for a small axe with a chain. I might not find one but I will keep trying. I'll also be working on my physical strength and flexibility.

3 Months Later

I had found a small axe with a chain with a pointed end. It's small but it works. I had started picking up or pushing heavy objects. Boulders were hard but I managed to move them a lot after constantly practicing. Mastering Stone was hard but I got it down. I had finally started to work with Moon Breathing. It's a lot harder than I though it would be.

I have three more months before I go to final selection. Urokodaki told me the location it was going to be held. He told me Nezuko still hasn't finished cutting her boulder. I had already cut my boulder.(don't ask pls -^-.) I made sure to bring a water bottle with me at all times.

3 Months Later

I start packing for my travel to the final selection. I finally mastered some of Moon breathing. It's still a work in progress but I will train later. I pray to my family at their graves and I leave. Saying goodbye to the home I lived and grew up in before making my way to Fujikasane Mountain.

Once again sorry for the short chapter. Next chapter will be about final selection. This story is going to take long to get to where i want it but oh well. you guys will have to see how this story will turn out but until then see you in the next chapter!
