Tanjiro's POV

I had finally arrived at Fujikasane Mountain after a long journey. The place is covered in wisteria trees and the strong scent of it made me feel a little dizzy. I make my way in and see that there are a lot of people here. I see Nezuko arrive after some time. I was about to go and talk to her when theses two girls come out.(uh- nope Nevermind a girl and a boy. How'd I mistake that!?Σ(ﾟДﾟ|||)!?)

They start talking about the mountain and how we would be spending the next 7 days here killing demons. Demons that were brought here and are now trapped. They say we can now enter so I use Thunder breathing to scout the place out faster.

I run into some demons but I just cut their heads off and go.

A Few Days Later

I was walking around in the dark using my senses to locate some demons and other people. I heard a scream and used Thunder Breathing to make it there. I see this hand demon towering over Nezuko and some other kid. (Nezuko! I haven't talked to her at all since we split up. I need to save her!)

I ran over and went straight into action. I used my sword and swing ay all the arms coming my way. I take a deep breath and in a flash i'm standing on the other side of the demon while the demon began to turn to ash. I could smell his sadness and began praying. I finished and looked at Nezuko.

I walked up to her and asked her if she was alright. She didn't answer me. I quickly began inspecting her, looking for any scratches or any other injuries. I see she has a few and help patch her up. I could tell she didn't want me there. I got up, said 'goodbye' and left.

Flashback

During one of my fights I ran into a blonde haired boy with orange tips. he was crying and clinging to a tree. I walked up to him.

"Are you alright?" I asked him. He stopped crying for a second and looked at me. Before I realised what happened he was crying on me and telling me that 'I needed to protect him'. I told him 'he needed to calm down'.

We ended up talking a bit before I had to leave. I learned that his name was Zenitsu.

"Well Zenitsu if you survive this we will travel together ok!" I say to him happily. In response he said a small 'Ok' and clung to me one last time. It was clear that he didn't want me to leave but I wasn't going to stay.

A Day Later

I ran around slaying all the demons I could find. I was Chasing one when something(more like someone-) crashed into me. I ended up hitting a tree . I looked up and saw a human with a boar head. ('wait that can't be right') I rub my eyes to see that it is infact a human with a boar head.

Said person tried killing the demon I was after. I sigh and Use thunder breathing. I decapitate the demon and begin to walk off.

"HEY YOU. FIGHT ME!!" I heard from behind me. I look back to see the boar headed person running towards me. I side-step and he falls on the ground.
