Chapter fifteen: a battle in the alleyway

Narrator POV
as Heatwave checked on the injured people,y/n quickly dialed her sister's number. after a while,Meg finally picked up the call "hey Meg,could you do me a small favor and cover for me?" she asked "sure but...where are you going?" Meg asks

"I just need to check on someone" y/n replies "fine, I'll cover for you...but you owe me one" Meg said as she ended the call.y/n quickly left the scene and ran to the location Midoriya gave her

she was getting closer when something grabbed her body and threw her into a building "what the heck was that?!" she groaned as she got up and brushed away the dust from her suit and saw a creature, similar to the nomu

"I have no time for this" y/n muttered as she made a small volcano and shot lava towards the creature, buying her time to run,but the creature didn't move.

it grabbed her leg,causing y/n to fall but something slashed through it's body. y/n looked up and saw one of the pro heroes "get out of here kid!" he said as he fought more of the creatures

y/n got up,but when she was about to run away, a thought came to her mind 'i can't back away now! my friend's life could be in danger!!' y/n looked at her phone that was now cracked and continued searching for the location until she stopped at an alleyway

she saw Iida, Midoriya and another guy, probably another victim, on the ground as a guy in a red scarf lifted his sword at Iida "STOP!!!" Midoriya yelled as y/n lassoed the sword away from the guy's hand

"well,well,well...look who decided to join the fun" the man said "y/n Kasai,daughter of Heatwave" he continued "you know...your mother was gonna be my next target until these...CHILDREN showed up"

"if I'm not mistaken,you're the hero killer Stain...right?" y/n asked "you've been doing your research" Stain chuckled as he grabbed a knife from his pocket and darted towards y/n

"Y/N,DONT LET HIM TASTE YOUR BLOOD!!!" Midoriya yelled as y/n carefully dodged the attack "thanks for the tip Midoriya!" y/n said as she punched Stain on the jaw

"not bad" Stain chuckled while spitting out some blood and continued to attack y/n but she dodged them. she tried to make a weapon but he was too fast for her to concentrate

'i need some time to at least make a sword!!' y/n thought as the knife scratched her arm "shoot-" y/n muttered as she tried to grab the knife but it was too late. Stain licked the drop of blood off the knife and y/n fell to the ground

'i can't move!!' she panicked as Stain picked her up and slammed her against the wall "DONT YOU DARE TOUCH HER!!" Iida yelled as he tried to move but he couldn't

"it's a shame I'm gonna have to kill Heatwave's daughter before I kill her" Stain sighed as he grabbed his knife and pushed it through y/n's stomach "Y/N!!!" Midoriya yelled as a wave of fire blasted Stain back

y/n slowly fell as blood flowed out of her mouth and stomach as she passed out

next thing she knew,she woke up in a hospital bed with bandages wrapped around her arm and stomach. she slowly sat up and saw Todoroki, Midoriya and Iida sitting on different beds

"y/n! you're awake!" Iida exclaimed "yeah....how long was I out for?" y/n asked "not long,just the entire night" Midoriya replied

(so I just noticed...I didn't give y/n's mom a name💀... we're gonna call her Emi...imma think of a name for the dad later)

the doors burst open and Emi walked inside the room "m-mom!" y/n exclaimed as she got off her bed and slowly walked towards Emi "didn't I tell you to stay put?" Emi scolded "you didnt technically-" y/n started "don't be smart with me young lady" Emi said "yes ma'am" y/n looked down as Emi pulled her in for a tight hug

"just...don't go running off towards danger without telling me" she said as y/n hugged back "I- who- how-....HUH?!" Midoriya panicked

"your mom is Heatwave!? THE HEATWAVE?!?!" he exclaimed "yeah..." y/n chuckled "why didn't you tell us?!" Iida exclaimed "I guess...we just didn't want the word to get out" y/n replied

time skip/ 5 days later

y/n reached her classroom and opened the door, once she opened it,Koda and Mina ran towards her "Y/N!!!" Mina exclaimed as they both hugged her "how are you feeling?" Koda asks "I'm better" y/n answers as she goes to sit at her desk. "Midoriya and Todoroki told us what happened,you and Iida really took a beating" Shoji said "less on the beating and more on the stabbing" Kaminari laughed

"was it scary?...y'know...fighting the villain" Jirou asks "kinda..." y/n answered as the door slid open and Bakugo walked inside with his hair neatly gelled to the side. Kirishima and Sero burst out laughing once they saw him "my hair got used to this style and wouldn't go back" Bakugo muttered, angrily as y/n tried her best not to laugh
