Prologue

The cave was quiet. Oh so quiet. It made it insane. There was no true escape.


"You understand you don't have a choice to stay here or not, correct?" A drippy voice that had the aura of evil whispered, making it hiss.


"Yes, I understand that. I just wish it wasn't here, maybe somewhere nicer? Not a cave that echos the screams of those lost?" It asked, flicking a puddle with its tail.


"No. This is the one place I know you won't escape from." The voice hissed, shadows seeping through the rock.


It sighed, sitting down. The cave's ceiling dripped with stalactites and glowing berries. Water plopped down slowly, making everything seem oh so slow.


"You are the only thing here. The cave will still flood and leave air and horror." The voice mocked. "You are mine now, have been for years upon years. There is no light now."


It looked up at a bunch of glowing berries hanging down, gently moving in the cold air. I hope that thing is wrong.
