CHAPTER 12

The day we were departing for Italy, Claire came to see me again. She talked about how Issac and her where getting closer and closer. 

We didn't know why WE were being taken to Italy too. We could've just stayed here but Emilio decided to take us. But why?

Issac drove us all the way to the airport. There was a big plane waiting for us. Emilio was already there with that bitch Arianna. She was clinging on to him, rubbing his body all over her. Disgusting.

We all got on the plane and it took off. After a while I saw Claire falling asleep on one of the seats. I was sleepy too but I couldn't sleep. There was so much in my mind I couldn't rest.

Claire was about to fall off when Issac caught her in his arms. He carried her bridal style. His eyes seemed to soften when he stared at her face for a while. Claire wrapped her arms around him making his eyes widen, then he relaxed.

"I will take her to the bed" he says before walking to a door and opening it. Emilio and I saw the whole scene.

Once he put her on the bed he looked at her even more and removed a piece of hair from her face.

Emilio looked at me. Our eyes locked for a moment when I decided to sit across from him. Arianna was leaning her head on Emilio but she was sleeping. I had to tell him about the kids. He deserves to know and only destiny knows what will happen from now on, but I can't erase the fact that Emilio Di Vincenzo is their father.

"I have something really important I need to tell you, Emilio" , his eyes still on mine waiting for me to continue.

"Well, um Au-..." I was cut off when that bitch Arianna woke up.

"Baby?" Says before looking up at him. Emilios eyes were still on me, but I couldn't tell him in front of her.

Just then Issac came back from the room.

"Athena, go lay down next to her. She moves a lot" he says

"We'll talk some other time" I say before standing up and going with Claire.

I saw Issac sit where I sat and he started talking to Emilio. Even when I laid down I could still feel his eyes burning into my skin. I cuddled into Claire. I used to lay down with her when I couldn't sleep. It would always help me. And I really need rest right now.

With Claire's warmth I fell into deep sleep.

Emilios POV

This stupid bitch was all up on me the whole flight. My mind was still trying to figure out what Athena was gonna tell me. What could've been so important ?

I won't have another chance to talk to her once we get to Italy because I have a lot of business meetings and I have other business to attend to. My father is hosting a party in two weeks so I won't be able to know until then.

The flight was long. Almost 9 hours long. Once we got there, all the women were sleeping. I had one of my men take Arianna to the car. She's a deep sleeper so she won't wake up.

"I'll take Claire in a car with me," says Issac. As I pick up Athena.

"Issac, be careful with that girl. It's pretty obvious you're gaining a soft spot in yourself you only just met her" I say before He picks her up.

"Yeah? Speak for yourself" he pointed to Athena in my arms.

"What the hell are you saying? I have to get her off or else she'll say in this plane" I say glaring at him.

"Hm, if that were the case you would've carried Arianna, and just have one of your men carry her. But instead you wanted to be the one who carried her" he says. I look down at the beautiful woman in my arms. She was so warm and she looked so peaceful.

"But I can just be wrong" my eyes turned to Issac as he began to walk off the plane. He was wrong. Right?

I put Athena in Issac's car and took Arianna with me. What if he was right? I can't develop any weak spots for anyone. I have never even had a weak spot for my family. They're only as bad as everyone else. Blood is just blood. It doesn't mean anything.

We arrived at one of my hotels. I don't want to go to my old home yet. So we will be staying here. When I got out of the car I saw Athena and Claire getting off with Issac. I opened the door for Arianna. Just then I saw Athena stop walking. She wanted to tell me something but hesitated and kept walking inside.

Now I really need to know what's going on. I rush inside and see them with the receptionist. I go to Athena, I need to know what's so important. What if it's about the Russians.

"What is so important?" I ask, looking at her.

"I-" she could barely say anything when she was cut off.

"Emilio! It's good to see you brother!" Damn it! People are always interrupting! I growled and looked at my older brother walking towards us.

Athenas POV

A man that looked almost like Emilio came up to us. He had dark brown eyes and long hair slicked back. He put an arm around Emilio and smiled

"Issac! It also good to see you!" They shook hands.

When meeting new people Claire and I always stand out. To see if this person is good or not. We both adjusted ourselves and looked at the man.

"Hmm and who are these beautiful women?" The guy asks, smirking at me.

"Her name is,.." Emilio wasn't able to finish when this bitch Arianna jumped in

"Hi Enzo! It's Arianna! Don't you remember me?" She asks flirting. Enzo just looked at her in disgust.

"My name is Claire," says Claire holding her hand out. He takes it and plants a kiss in her hand.

"Enzo, it's a pleasure to meet you, bellissima," he says, sending her a smile.

"Nice to meet you Enzo. My name is Athena" I say, holding out my hand too. He was about to kiss it when I stopped him.

"No kissing, just a hand shake" I say. His eyes filled with surprise when I told him that. I take a glance at Emilio and see him smirking. I quickly turn away. He looks so damn sexy.

"Hm, she's special. I guess I will see you at the party then" he says before walking away. What party ?

"Goodbye brother" he says.

"Ugh! Let's get our rooms now!" Arianna yells, making me laugh.

"What are you laughing at whore" she says looking up and down at me.

"Speak for yourself barbie" I did the same and she just gasped. It was obvious she had surgery. I'm not saying it's bad, but to get as much as she did? At this point she's just trying to compete with barbie.

Issac chuckled and walked to get two cards from the receptionist. He handed one to me so Claire and I could stay in one room.

We then walked off to the elevator and waited for it to open. Just then it opened and we walked in. I saw Emilio and Arianna walking towards us.

"Close the door!" Yelled Issac laughing.

I quickly tried pressing buttons since I didn't want to be in the same space as barbie. Well it didn't work. Emilio and Arianna entered the room.
