Dangerous Love

CHAPTER 10

The next few days everything passed as usual. Although I was still pissed from that night. I was stuck in the room all day for 3 days and I had nothing to do. I explored the whole room when I came across some bobby pins in on of the makeup bags in the restroom. I didn't have the key to the room anymore so I figured I could sneak out again to see Claire by using the pins. I picked the lock and surprisingly, it opened. I closed the door behind me slowly and started walking to the stairs. I was so proud of another successful mission of me sneaking out until I heard a door close behind me. Shit.

"Going somewhere bellissima?" I turned around and I saw Emilio leaning on the wall by his door. He was wearing grey sweatpants with a black sleeved shirt and black shoes. I'm pretty sure he knew I was blushing even though it was dark.

"I uh, I was gonna get a glass of water" I say nervously. I signed knowing he was gonna ruin my fun again. For a few seconds he didn't say anything until he started walking towards me.

"Let's go for a ride, meet me downstairs in 10 min" he stopped in front of me. I finally was able to see his face. He looked so handsome when the moonlight shined in his face. I almost didn't believe him until he placed a hand on my cheek and smiled.

"I'll be waiting" he placed a kiss on my forehead and walked downstairs. I was left in shock for a moment when I went back to the room and changed into a white shirt with jean shorts and white shoes. I rushed down and saw him waiting for me by the stairs.

He led me out and we started to leave. The whole car ride didn't even feel awkward anymore it just felt..... peaceful. He rolled down the windows and the fresh air hit my face. I saw as we got close to small cabin with a beautiful boat dock. It was right on what looked like a private beach. We parked in front of the cabin and Emilio got off. He came around and opened the door for me. I could hear the water splashing and from a distance I could hear what sounded like a waterfall. I stared at the wooden cabin in awe. It was small but it looked cozy.

"Come on bellissima" he says as he grabbed my hand and led me inside. I walked with him inside. This all seemed so weird to me. Why was he doing this? Why is he acting like this all of a sudden?

"You like it?" He asked as i walked around the small cabin. It was beautiful.

"Yes it's extremely beautiful" I say smiling as I come across a picture with two small boys smiling for the picture. I laughed when I realized that one of the little boys was Emilio.

I picked up the photo and showed it to him. He glared at me and took it away. I couldn't stop laughing and he just looked annoyed.

"Haha very funny" he said as he grabbed a pillow from the couch. He then hit me with it making me stop laughing. I put on a serious face and he chuckled. I picked up a pillow and started hitting him with it. I laughed, dropped the pillow and ran away.

He chased me around the small cabin. I laughed because of how slow he was. My laughing calmed when he caught me by my waist and held me close to him.

"Got you" he said. I looked into his eyes. They were so beautiful.... I wanted to kiss him. Just then I remembered everything he did. Why did he really bring me to this cabin.

I pushed away from him and stood straight.

"Why did you bring me here?" I asked. After a few moments, he didn't give me an answer when his eyes fell to the back door. He walked passed me and took some keys that were hanging.

"Let's go for a ride bella" he opened the door and waited for me to get out. He still didn't give me an answer but I followed.

It was still dark but he led me to the dock where the boat was. When we got there, he helped me get in. Once we were in he started the boat and we went off. I started to get tense when the thought of him taking me out to the lake and killing me crossed my mind.
