"Each Vestige has his or her own chapter, telling their story. Welcome to the tale of Daigoro Banjo, not a lot is known about what he did, and why he did it, but we know a lot about his character and the fact that he's a 'funky' hero says a lot. I can already see this book will need editing, and I will make sure to. Once again, this chapter is made full of assumptions. If anyone finds anything I forgot was confirmed, please comment below, I will take the time to edit it. Same goes for if something is confirmed when new chapters of the manga are released."
(--For now, there is only one version of this chapter, but I may write a 3rd person version, comment if there is any other format you want and as long as it's reasonable, I will attempt to write that version of this.--)

'Ello there! It's Daigoro Banjo, or your favorite hero, Lariat! I'm rather impatient to begin my tale, so let's start off with a quick explanation.
I'm a pretty funny guy, with a pretty regular story, I went to school, became a hero, blah blah blah. I'm sure what you'd want to know would be about my hero career, my ties to AFO and OFA, and my 'final battle' if you will.
"Lariat.. LARIAT!"
I stared at the other hero beside me, only just realizing I had spaced out during a patrol, "eh- yeah? Sorry, I was just thinking 'bout something."
The hero, I didn't really know her name, but I'd been stuck with her on patrol a couple times, spoke, "Ugh- idiot! Can't you see that criminal's getting away!?"
I flipped around in the direction she was pointing in and shot out the dark rope-like whip, grabbing onto the criminal and dragging them back towards us, "What's a thug like you doing out so early? You could've been seen by anyone dumbass."
The criminal blinked, expression comical, "what? You're a hero, why the hell would you ask that instead of giving some dramatic speech?"
I shrugged, "Dunno, speeches get boring after a while, trust me, haven't you some villainy monologue to do right now?"
"I-" The thug abruptly stopped when the hero beside me slammed a hand over his mouth.
I glared at her, "Uncool, he's a great conversationalist you know?"
"'Great Conversationalist'?" She mocked, annoyed, "You do hear yourself, right? Why are you even speaking to some dumb childish villain?"
I frowned, "You're mean."
She paused, and then let out an exasperated breath, "Lariat, do I need to remind you that you're a hero? We're not supposed to 'get along' with villains or whatever."
I rolled my eyes, under my breath I muttered, "Not everything's so black and white..."
"What was that?"
"Nothing!" I shouted, only just realizing the other hero had left my side and dashed off with the villain. I knew that she was a hero, and a dedicated one at that, so I had nothing to fear, but why did she always have to be so rude?
If that gave you any idea of my hero career, I wasn't exactly- liked by my colleagues, the people could care less about my funky personality, in fact, I think they at least enjoyed it, but my fellow heroes were always on my tail about this and that. It got annoying after a while.
