Chapter Eleven 🌒 The Last Chimera 🌘
Ivory pulled up to the woods and grabbed a flashlight before quickly getting out of her car. She shined it around trying to see if she could see anything, "Lydia!" She called out but got nothing back making her sigh before picking a random direction to run in.
She stopped after a while to see where she's at when all of the sudden someone called out her name. She spun around to see Parrish walking over to her. "What are you doing here?" He asked and she sighed softly, "Looking for Lydia. What are you doing?" She asked.
"Looking for Lydia too." He answered making her look at him with furrowed brows. "How did you know Lydia's out here?" She asked and he sighed, "I don't really know how to explain it but I saw her. How did you know?" He said. "I felt it." She said as she glanced around, "Okay, let's get moving." He said before shining his flashlight around as they walked.
"Did you see anything specific that could tell us where she is?" Ivory asked and he sighed softly and shook his head, "I didn't exactly see her like that." He said making her stop slightly and look at him. "How did you see her?" She asked and Parrish sighed, "I don't want to say it." He said making her furrow her brows.
"Did you have a sex dream about Lydia?" She asked making him look at her crazy, "I didn't have a sex dream about her." He said and she squinted slightly. "But she was naked, right?" She asked and he just sighed making her nod slightly, "That's weird. That's about as weird as when I found out my twin brother and I both had a crush on her in freshman year." She mumbled as she glanced around before realization slowly crossed over her features
"Do you have anything that had fire on you?" She asked making him look at her confused, "I have a flare, why?" He asked. "Can I see it?" She asked and he pulled it out and handed it to her, "Why do you want it?" He asked as she used the cap to light it. "Fire is a big part to whatever you are so maybe fire will trigger it." She said and his eyes widened slightly, "Okay, hold on. If you're gonna try to trigger what ever I am, then you need to back to your car." He said making her look at him weird.
