Taylor looked at her phone. It seemed the last time she'd waited for a call like that was when she was about 16. Something was happening for the first time, and that was that
she just needed Joe. As one of her friends Kate said there-"If love doesn't drive you crazy, you have to wonder if it's love." Now she knew exactly what that meant. The phone rang, she jerked, and instantly grabbed it, but alas, it was the music producer Max. She picked up the phone and said:
-Yes?
Max started to tell her how the song was coming along and asked when she could come over. Taylor looked at her watch. She hadn't done anything since seven in the morning, so yeah, maybe going to the studio was the best thing to do. She got out of bed and went to take a shower. When she got out, she saw three missed calls from Joe, of course, as usual. She quickly dialed his number.
- I didn't think you slept until eleven in the morning.
- Oh, no, I haven't slept in a while. I was just in the shower and I didn't hear.
- Oh, okay. Showers, that sounds good. Remind me to join you sometime.
Taylor thought she could smell his slightly cocky smile on the other end.
- I'm going away on business tonight, so I'll probably get out to see you tonight. When will you be free?
- I don't know. I think I'll be at the studio. I've got some unfinished tracks, so I could stay there till night.
- Well, hopefully a date with me is a good excuse to get you out of there.
- Definitely-Taylor replied with a smile.
- Okay, I gotta go. I look forward to seeing you again, bye - Joe said and hung up.
Taylor got ready and drove to the studio. She and Max worked hard, distracted only by eating. It was 6:00 p.m. Taylor leaned back on the couch she was sitting on and covered her eyes with her hands. She felt insanely tired, but it was a sign that she was doing the right thing.
- Would you like some coffee, Taylor?-Max asked.
- No, I'm good, thanks. I don't know about you, but I'm craving apple pie. Right now. I don't know why I said that. I guess my brain is already overloaded with all this stuff. I'm so worried.
- It's okay. The album's gonna be out soon.
- Yes, it's all I can think about. Well, maybe him and one other person. But I feel like I need to do better, but I don't know how.
- we're working on it. Have you thought about doing a vacation? Fly somewhere to the islands and sunbathe under the palm trees for a week. And then come back here with a fresh head.
- Yeah, I need something like that.
Their conversation was interrupted by Taylor's phone ringing. It was Joe.
- Taylor, I'm standing in the lobby of your studio, and they won't let me in. I can wait outside if it's, you know, very confidential.
- Are you here?! Why didn't you tell me?! Of course they'll let you in now, I'll call them, just a minute.
A few minutes later Joe was standing in the doorway smiling. Max held out his hand and Joe shook it.
- Very nice to meet you, Max.
- Nice to meet you too. I'm Joe.
Max looked at them but said nothing. Joe sat down next to Taylor and she took his hand, after all, she wasn't planning on hiding the relationship from the people closest to her. They talked, and then they talked about vacations, and Joe asked:
- Do you have a very busy schedule right now?
- Pretty much, but nothing serious. Everything can be rescheduled, maybe really take a vacation like Max advised?
- That's what I mean. I'd like to take you to London. To a special place. And I can do it right now, I just don't know if you're free.
- Like I said, I can move some things around.
Joe stood up, took her hand and said:
- Then let's not waste any time.
- As you say.
They walked out into the cold evening air. Joe put Taylor in the car and they drove over to her house for just a few minutes to get Taylor's papers. She wanted to stick around and book a flight and pack her things, but Joe said she shouldn't.
- We'll fly on my private jet, plus there's lots of stores in London, you can buy whatever you need there.
- It's crazy, you know?- Taylor asked on the way to the airport.
- yeah, that's what makes the moment special.
Less than an hour later, Taylor watched the plane take off from the private airport. Joe walked up to her with a bottle of wine and two glasses.
- Would you like some?
- Yes, one glass.
He poured her a glass and sat down next to her, they chipped and sipped. Taylor asked:
- where are we going?
- Like I said, London. I just finished renovating my new house and...thought it would be nice to spend a weekend together there. You really need a vacation.
She ran her hands through his hair.
- Don't think of me as an angel to be rescued, boy- she said.
- I'm not gonna save you, I'm gonna run away with you. That's exactly what we're doing now, running away from the world.
Taylor stared into his blue eyes, she could feel herself drowning in them. She licked her lips and reached for Joe for a kiss. He pulled her around his waist and pressed a little on top of her. He touched his lips to her neck. Her skin turned out to be very soft, just as he'd expected. Also, that neck, like Taylor herself, was at his complete disposal now, and it was driving him crazy. He left a hickey on her neck, Taylor pressed him closer to her.Joe's hands roamed around her waist and hips. He caught her gaze and gave her a dirty smile. She returned him to her lips and began undoing the buttons of his shirt. Her hands trembled a little with impatience, because he was so sexy. She'd wanted him since the first time she'd met him. And now she had the opportunity to get him in every way. She ran her hand across his chest and down to his abs. She left kisses on his collarbones. Just as suddenly they were asked:
- Mr. Alwyn, may I come in?
Joe quickly picked up his shirt from the floor, put it on, and said with a hoarse grunt:
- yes, come on in Chris.
The co-pilot went in. Taylor nodded.
- The weather is getting worse. I thought we'd be there in an hour and a half, but apparently it's going to take about three if not more
Joe listened to him carefully and answered:
- I understand. Thanks for the heads up, you can come back now.
Chris turned around and walked out. Joe took out his laptop and started looking through some files. Taylor sat next to him and watched his concentrated face. He was gordeous. Joe closed the laptop and rubbed his eyes tiredly. Taylor yawned.
- Joe, isn't there going to be some kind of warm blanket around here? I'd get some sleep, considering we're going to be late.
- Okay, sure. I'll get one. Joe went away and came back with a huge, warm and very soft yellow blanket. Taylor took it, and threw the seat back.
- And you? Don't you want to sleep?
- I do. But I have a few things I have to do. So lie down and don't worry about me. Taylor put a pillow under her head and lay down looking at Joe. He turned around, gave her a smile, and took her hand. Taylor curled up and soon fell asleep. Joe watched her sleep. She was so strong and independent but it was only with him that she allowed herself to relax a little. He went back to his work.
With half an hour to go, Joe gently kissed Taylor on the cheek.
- Taylor, we're almost there. Wake up
She sat up abruptly.
- Is that it? Are we there? I'm on my way out.
Joe laughed, she was so sleepy and funny.
-No, we're not there yet. But we have to wake up. They got out and walked to the cab. The cab driver wasn't visible behind the partition, so they sat quietly. Joe looked at his watch. It was already midnight. Taylor looked out the window at the views. She'd been to London a few times, but they weren't driving through the center of the city right now. Only cottages and private houses were visible. After about forty minutes they arrived. Joe let go of the driver, took Taylor's bag of things, she took his hand and they entered the grounds of the big house. Because of the darkness, Taylor couldn't see much. She saw the orchard, the house, and what appeared to be a swimming pool in the backyard. Joe turned on the light and she saw the porch. There was a table, chairs, and a rocking chair. Joe opened the door and ushered her inside. This house was richly furnished but somehow homely. Joe showed her the kitchen, the dining room, the guest room, the bedroom, one of the bathrooms, and the bathroom. When they entered the bedroom, he asked:
- You're going to sleep here, aren't you? Or are we kind of in a rush?
- We're not sixteen. I'll sleep here.
- Well, I wouldn't have hoped for any other answer.
Joe put the bag with her stuff on the floor and walked away. Taylor looked around. TV, framed pictures of Joe and his friends, some paintings, clocks, old cameras, books. Joe returned with three towels.
- Here you go, you already know where the bathroom and toilet are.
Taylor took them, and went into the shower. When she came out wrapped in a towel, she only saw Joe in his jeans laying things out on the nightstand next to the bed. He turned around, and smiled. Taylor went back to the bathroom where she put on her T-shirt and went to see him again. He was already lying in bed, flipping through some newspaper.
- Going to bed? - asked
- Yeah, I'm tired as hell.
She lay down next to him, wrapped up in a blanket and he turned off the light. She lay down next to him, wrapped up in a blanket and he turned off the light. They lay in silence for a while, but the presence of an almost naked Joe beside her kept Taylor awake. Then his voice rang out:
- Can't sleep either?
- as you can see- answered Taylor.
Joe turned on the lamp on the nightstand and looked at it. Taylor moved closer to him and bit her lip. Joe pulled her close to him. Pulling her golden curls to the side, he nestled his lips against her neck, kissing and biting her soft skin. Taylor turned to face him and joined their lips in one swift motion. They moved quickly and rhythmically, their tongues dancing a passionate dance. Taylor pulled away a little and looked at him.
-Joe, I need you, now.
She pulled off the boxers he was wearing and he pulled her panties down her perfect legs. Without much foreplay, he moved her closer, and in one swift movement he entered. It made them moan, their lips joined in a kiss, and he began to move inside her, picking up the pace. Her cheeks were flushed, and his name came out of her mouth, between uncontrollable moans. She gripped his shoulders with her hands, trying to find some sort of support.
A fever broke out all over Jo's body, wanting more and more. With a sudden movement, he pulled her shirt off, almost tearing it.  Her beautiful breasts slipped out of the constricting fabric and he immediately brushed his lips against one of her nipples, kissing it at once and then nibbling on it a little. Joe did the same with the second. In response to his actions, Taylor only moaned loudly:
-Shit, Joe...ah, I'm going to cum
Taking her words as a call to action, he quickened his pace, with  his right hand gently squeezing her breasts.
He felt every muscle in her body clench and her mouth open in a mute cry. A wave of orgasm shook her, and he felt it. cumming with her.
Taylor kissed him and lay down on his shoulder. Joe covered the two of them with a blanket, then ran his hands through Taylor's hair. He ran his hands through it thoughtfully in the light of the lamp.
- It's not really relevant, but I really like the layout of the house, the rooms I've seen so far-Taylor said.
-Really? Thanks, I'm glad you like it.
- It's very quiet and a little remote. Why the choice?
- You know. To relax and unwind from the bustling city. But that's not the main incentive. My grandparents had a little house in common where I was often a kid. And, you know, everything in that house was soaked in their love, their children, the years they lived together. I wanted something like that. And I decided to create something like that for me and my future.
- That's a great idea. I love it!
Joe wanted to say, "I hope one day we'll be sitting with our kids like this," but he changed his mind. Probably shouldn't say it like that, after all, they've been dating for a week and a half. Taylor lifted her head and said:
- This night is so long, but I don't want it to end.
- considering it's 3:00 in the morning...
Taylor laughed and snuggled closer to him.
- Well, let's get to sleep now.
Instead of answering, Joe turned off the lamp and they fell asleep in each other's arms.
