Taylor's POV

Silk sheets are pressed against my body, the sun greeting me through the window.

I sit up and stretch, a small moan leaving my lips. I gasp as I realize I have to meet with Nicolas at his house.

I hurriedly pick up my phone, looking at the time.

9:47 a.m.

I practically throw my phone back down on the dresser and rush to the bathroom, grabbing my toothbrush and brushing my teeth.

I quickly strip out of my clothes and get in the shower, taking the soap and squeezing it all over my body and in my hair.

Once I finish washing the soap from off my body and in my hair, I jump out the shower and grab the dryer for my hair. I proceed to brush out my hair while drying it and calling Sophia.

"Yeah Tay?" She says as she rubs her eyes in tiredness.

"I'm gonna head out today and I'll probably be gone for a few hours. Don't wait up for me, okay?" I explain, turning off the dryer and rushing back into my room to grab my clothes.

I grab a bright orange flowered dress from my drawer and put it on. I pair that with some random jewelry and accessories I saw lying on my dresser.

"Didn't you just leave yesterday? Why are you leaving me again?" She pouts.

"Oh come on Sophia. This is something I have to do, not something I want to do," I roll my eyes remembering I have to meet up with him.

"Well, where are you going today?" She takes a seat on my bed next to me as I put on my shoes.

"I'll...tell you later. But as of now, I'm apparently late," I say as look at the time on my phone.

9:59 a.m.

I groan as I grab a light jacket and my keys, giving Sophia a hug and leaving the apartment.

__

I prepare my myself as I drive to Nicolas's house. He texted me his address a little while ago this morning, but I'm confused as to how he even got my number that night.

But I wouldn't doubt him or his ways in any way possible.

Many questions invade my mind and I bite my lip nervously, something I've always done when I was nervous or anxious.

Will he hurt me? Or worse, kill me? Will he be mad that I'm late and punish me for it?

I groan as someone suddenly comes over in my lane and continues to drive slow in front of me. I honk my horn at them in annoyance.

"Go!" I shout to myself as they change lanes to the left. I speed up and make a right into his house, the long driveway surprising me.

I continue to drive down the road until I see a large mansion come into view.

My jaw drops as I take in everything in front of me. Many trees surround this property around the driveway and many lights are on inside of the house. It's at least four stories high with windows all over it.
