Meeting of best friends

The screen opened with Victoria walking down the halls of Hogwarts towards the great hall with her Ravenclaw robes and tie on whilst walking through bustling crowds of half awake students.

Victoria: excuse me, pardon me, sorry

She walked in between the groups of children as she reached her table and sat down where a plate and goblet awaited her ready to be filled.

Though before she could even move towards the food on the table someone came and sat down in front of her out of breath and annoyed.

???: sorry about that, you don't mind do you just my table is crowded and you have lots of space

Victoria: no it's fine I see what you mean. I'm Victoria Emerys and you are?

She smiled at the girl with a bob cut and and helped out her hand for the other to shake.

???: oh I'm Tanya Chesham-Leigh pleasure to meet you my friend Rosie will be here soon so be warned she loves people

They both shook hands and began to prepaid their breakfasts whilst the heads of houses started handing out the timetables at the front of the hall.

???: Tanya where are you?! Tan— oh their you are

Everyone in the hall couldn't help but burst out laughing at the pixie cut girl on screen who in turn blush whilst her two friends smirked at her.

A pixie cut girl walked over and sat down and began to pile food up onto her plate when she looked up and noticed Victoria across from her.

???: oh company sorry I'm Rosie and I'm hungry so I'm going to eat right now

Rosie immediately began to eat after that earning a chuckle from the royal girl in front of her.

Victoria: we'll it's a pleasure to make your acquaintances I'm Victoria Emerys

Victoria began searching the breakfast food on front of her for something to eat when she saw what she wanted.

Victoria: OH! toast good

The girl quickly took the whole tray of toast and placed in front of her earning shocked looked from the girls.

"You know I never understood your fascination with toast vic" Regulus said as he looked at her with a jokingly weirded out and curios look causing her to blush and look away.

"I was hungry and it's good" she mumbled not turning around.

As she began eating from the tray a second year Gryffindor blond girl came running over and wrapped her arms around the girl causing her to choke on the toast.

Marlene: oh Victoria! Your finally here I'm so glad!

Not looking at the girl as she shakes her until she finished her explanation when she saw the younger girl choking.

Marlene: oh your choking!, don't worry I've got this bff marls will save you

Marlene immediately began to pat the girls back hard causing the toast to disposable in her throat.

Many of the two girl's friends laughed at the immediate change of emotion the blond showed as she helped her friend. Whereas some were worried for the girl who smiled at them reassuringly as they looked at her.

Victoria: very exited aren't we Marlene?

Marlene: we'll duh my best friend is finally joining me at Hogwarts how do you want me to react? cry and say 'o-oh Vicky I'm so gl-glad your here' I'm not Drama Queen like black over there.

The blond pointed to the Gryffindor table where Sirius Black could be seen dramatically falling into James potter with a hand on his chest.

Said boy in question sat up straight and looked at Marlene "I am not a drama Queen!" He exclaimed turning to his friends to back him up "right guys?" Receiving no response he sat back down and fell into Remus' arms "your all traitors the lot of you"

The Black family couldn't help but sneer at the display of the heir not wanting to see his behaviour anymore. Their sneers didn't go unnoticed as the marauders all turned and glared at them whilst Sirius continued to whine about them.

Marlene: I have to go see my friends, I'll see you in class Vicky

Before leaving she placed a kiss on her cheek and walked away to three girls at the same table she pointed to.

Victoria: bye Marls

Victoria then turned to the two girls in front of her who only stared at her from her previous conversation with the blond.

Tanya: you know she's dramatic she just won't accept she is

Rose: but the best of friends are dramatic you need someone like that in your friend group

Both Tanya and Victoria looked at Rosie and nodded though Tanya then scoffed.

Tanya: but you don't need someone over dramatic who will fling themselves into someone's arms whenever they can like the boy your friend was pointing at Vic.

Sirius frowned at the girls words as he thought about what she said 'I am not over dramatic I'm the perfect amount of dramatic needed in our group'.

Victoria: I guess your right Tan I mean you'd have to mostly focus on them and their issues instead of your own because the person won't stop annoying you by whining

Rosie: oh definitely you do need your alone time

All the girls smiled at each other whilst the heads of houses can be seen handing out timetables to everyone.

Seeing this Tanya stood and dragged Rosie up with her before smiling at a confused Victoria politely

Tanya: sorry we best go to our tables so they don't forget to give us our timetables

Rosie: oh I hope they don't imagine just walking around the whole school just to find your class that you don't know your in

Victoria smirked at that as she looked at them.

Victoria: truly terrible

Tanya held out her hand for Victoria to shake as they looked at each other with kindness in their eyes.

Tanya: you seem nice I hope we can be friends Vic

Victoria: I do too

Victoria shook her hand gently and then turned to Rosie who was smiling wildly with excitement at the words spoken.

Rosie: we're going to be best friends I know it

Victoria looked at the two girls and smirked "and would you look at that were best friends" she said slyly before sighing "I wouldn't have it any other way" the other two girls smiled and nodded as they all rose one hand and placed it on their chest.

Regulus looked at Victoria with a fond smile at the interaction before placing a kiss to the side of her head causing her to lean into him more with a content sigh of being in his arms. Regulus tightened his grip on her slightly before he moved their position so that she laid in between his legs with both their feet resting on the other arm of the sofa.

Walburga looked at the two and smiled glad that her youngest had found his chance of true love and hoped nothing could ruin it not even the rising dark lord.
