So recently I read this post where this person chooses which book to read based solely on its first line. So I thought I'd make some up for here, as a different type of story prompt.

What do you guys think? Maybe I'll do some last lines next?

"The police just called me and told me they found my husband's body in the water.

That's not where I put it."

"He's charming, gorgeous, and quick witted; an absolutely perfect option for my first kill."

"The first thing you learn about being a fairy is that if a human sees you, you might as well cut your wings off because what the Fae Queen will do to you as a punishment is more painful than anything you could possibly imagine."

"They never told me of the consequences that would come."

"You're beautiful and sad, just like your eyes."

"I figured out pretty quickly that all the coded doors, scanners and security measures weren't  to keep others out, but to keep me in."

"I might look like an innocent, fragile china doll, but test me and I'll show you just how sharp china is when it's in pieces."

Question for the day:

What's your good luck charm?

Kyla :)
