karan reach luthra house wearing black blazer with black goggles looking handsome as always. as he arrived all media start taking his pictures and started questioning him..everyone was already present in the hall
karan come to the table and sit in front of media with mahesh and rishabh is either side of him , media started his question once it completed
karan : first of all to thank you for coming on such a short notice..the media is called for that we want you to know that luthra industries has taken over malhotra industries and khurana industries..
this comes as a shock for all the people who is present there. shrlyn and prithvi don't know how to react to all this while luthra's too don't know how to react coz the company which don't have enough finance to run more how can it take another two companies...
media people start gossiping with each other and congratulate them inbetween
Karan : and iske sath ek aur bhi important announcement hai jo kal hogi you guys should come tomorrow too..
prithvi and shrlyn look horrified but couldn't do anything now as media is present so they just nod
Karan : we will meet tomorrow night at 8 thank you now you can go...
after media persons left there is silence in whole luthra house as no one knows what to say

But rishbh is cut by sameer who holds him some paper and then stood beside karan.....rishabh is so shocked and come out of trance when shrlyn snatch the paper from him and looks at prithvi angrily
Shrlyn : prithvi how dare you mujse puche bina tumne luthras ko property wapas kaise ki
Prithvi who is standing there clueless snatch the paper and read it

everyone looks at the main door where one girl is standing wearing choli with gunghat on her face covering it.

she tries to remove her ghunghat but the girl remove herself and everyone present there looks her shocked

they come inside and arrest prithvi and shrlyn, monisha asks forgiveness and everyone forgives her too..
everyone stays there only while karan left for the apartment and in few minutes he reach there but don't find preeta in hall
He goes to their room only to find her sleeping on the chair with phone in her hand...
he takes her in his arms and move towards the bed after placing her gently on the bed, covers her with duvet he kiss her forehead
karan : tomorrow is going to be a long day for us and specially you...
He too after changes sleep with her...
