Oliver:
Both of usually spend your time in Motorville cause of school, but it was the holidays and decided to go to Ni No Kuni and spend time there with everyone else. Sometimes Swaine occasionally may try to steal something for Oliver.
If you don't go to Ni No Kuni, you both spend your time with Phil, Myrtle and potentially Denny as well.
Esther:
Esther or both of you sing cause why not? Are there Christmas Carols in Ni No Kuni? Probably not, but let's just say there are.
Sometimes is there's some Christamas party, Esther may sing and if you both want to sing you may duet.
Swaine:
He'd mostly try steal something for you. You don't think much about it on Christmas though, but still, what the heck Swaine-

Marcassin:
Showers you with presents. Mostly because this is one of times of the year he can get a day off and do something with his S/O. Also he may host a Christmas party.

I hoped you like this stupid headcanon.
I was thinking of another headcanon like if their S/O has Eczema. It gave me the idea because one; I have it in real life and two: why not?
