Issei step out of his room and yawn.

Then Issei saw Yamato, Makoto, and Yuki eating breakfast with Wu.

Wu: Morning Issei would you care for some breakfast?

Then Issei walk to the table and sat down on his knees eating his breakfast.

Wu: Today my students we will train we will start when your done eating.

3 minutes later.

Wu was sitting on his knees drinking tea while Issei, Yuki, Makoto, and Yamato doing push ups.

Wu: Up!

Then they push up.

Wu: Down!

Then they bend their arms causing them to lay down on their chest.

20 minutes later.

Then they had wooden swords in their hands.

Wu: Hold!

Then they hold them in the air.

Wu: Strike!

Then they strike them down.

30 Minutes later.

Wu puts four punching bags in front of Issei, Makoto, Yuki, And Yamato.

Wu: Now my students you will release your Elemental power on these punching bags you go first Makoto.

Makoto: I don't know what to do?

Wu: Focus your mind whatever angers you focus it into one blast.

Then Makoto close his eyes and think about his past and nightmares.

Kotonoha:(Flashback) H-Hurry Before Makoto-Kuh C-Comes Back!!!

Then Makoto Open his eyes but they change into Lion eyes.

Makoto:(Roar like a Lion super loud at the punching bag)!!!!!

Then the punching bag bursts and Makoto's eyes change back.

Yamato: Wow!

Yuki: That Was Awesome!

Wu: Who's Next?

Yamato: I'll go.

Then Yamato close his eyes thinking about his past.

Miyako:(Flashback) I Need Your Dick More the Yamato Takuya!

Then Yamato's eyes change into T-Rex eyes.

Then he stopped and his eyes turn back to normal.

Yuki closes his eyes and had a flashback about his parents and Yuno.
