It had been a week since we moved here. Abuela Valeria introduced us to the Madrigals and I became really good friends with the girls of the family.

Today was little Antonio's gift ceremony and Auntie Maria, Daniela and I were helping the Madrigals prepare for said ceremony. Normally Sarah would be with us as well, but Pablo had trouble wrapping his gift for Antonio, so she stayed home to help him.

Auntie was in the kitchen with señiora Julieta preparing the food while I was in the main room helping put up the decorations. Everything was going smoothly until señiora Pepa started stressing out. Señior Felix tried calming her down but it didn't work.

Luckily Isabella came down gracefully, calming her Aunt. Daniela was following right behind since she was helping Isabella. Oh yeah. Did I say that Daniela and Isabella were best friends? No? Oh well.

As Isabella started talking to Mirabelle, Daniela came and gave me a quick hug before she went with Isabella.

I, on the other, hand had just finished with what I was doing and went to check on Mirabelle who seemed to have bumped in a pillar.

"Are you ok Mira?"

"Oh! (Y/n). Yeah! I'm fine! Don't worry." She said smiling giving me thumbs up.

"Are you sure? You know you can talk to me. " I told her with a soft expression, totally not believing that she is fine.

"Mhm! Thanks for your concern thought. Anyway, I got to go!" She told me waving. The smile not leaving her face.

I sight and went to ask if I could help in any other way. They told me that they didn't need any more help since everything was ready.

I went back home to get ready for the ceremony.

I had choose what I would wear from the previous day with the help of my older sister and cousin.
