"which one i was stationed with plantation 42 for a time then transferred to the nines before coming here" i said
"don't bring up those 9 bastards" sakura snarled
"i'd have to agree as for 42 i was funnily enough the leader of the team so i see me and ichigo working very well together while also butting heads constantly" i replied
"were you a good leader" miku asked
"what are you trying to do replace ichigo" i chuckled

"i was kidding well 42 is still loyal so i'd say i did a moderately okay job" i replied
"moderately okay he says" sakura scoffed
"remember i was also apart of that squad at one point you weren't just bloody okay you were a tactical genius if you wanted to you could make any member of any squad single handedly kill a gutenburg with enough planning so long as they listen to orders" sakura said they stared in awe
"now your laying it just a little thick" i said
"oh really what about that incident with plantation 38 you took the just one franxx from the squad to deal with the gutanburg and you weren't even their you did everything from 42's control room and following through with second hand info and you still won" sakura said
"i mean that was also do to that unknown unit appearing" i said
"yeah but they didn't do much either they just kinda watched" sakura said to that i had no answer
"wow" miku said
"yeah well that was also a very stressful job i'm glad to sit back and let ichigo do it thanks" i said
it was in that moment that nana walked in
"we have received word from HQ that your officially apart of squad thirteen as second in command and stamen to delphinium papa has also authorized your request to have delphinium modified and that you will temporarily be stationed with hyacinth until the upgrades are complete code 002 and code 016 you two will unfortunately be pulled from the battlefield as strelizia also gains a few upgrades
"however before that and to allow the hyacinth and strelizia will be commencing in a mock battle to first off allow code 016 the opportunity to get used to the difference in performance between it and delphinium as well as to get used to her new partner we will then be holding a mock battle for the upgraded delphinium and strelizia when we do get them back
"why do they get upgraded units" zorome said
"well for sakura ask mitsuru" i said and he paled
"as for me quite simply without the upgrades delphinium wouldn't be able to keep up i would strain it apart" i said
"i can vouch for that he was the only one that could fly with me without being affected by me as i'm sure you remember even my darling was affected by it" sakura said
"and hyacinth is" zorome said
"to put it bluntly hyacinth is stronger then strelizia is currently" i said and they all gaped in shock
"after the upgrades" miku asked
"delphinium, strelizia, and hyacinth would be about equal" i replied
"wait strelizia and delphinium would be equal" miku asked i nodded
"strelizia would have the top when it came to strength and delphinium speed" i said they were in shock especially ichigo
"how do you know this" ichigo asked
"because that is primarily what will be upgraded on each of them of course it isn't the only thing just the primary thing speed is what i look for and sakura likes to smash things" i said they nodded in understanding
"wait but you didn't come to me about it" ichigo said
"yes i did ten seconds ago" i said smiling she thought then frowned then smiled
"you conniving little" i didn't here the rest of what she said but i still found it funny
"well are there any modifications you want made" i asked
"i trust you" she said i smiled
"alright then though knowing the doctor i have a feeling we're gonna get more then we asked for" i said
"what do you mean" ichigo said
"i mean exactly what i said that old bastard has done it before
