"i'm aware which is why currently EVA unit-02 is still intact i intend to use it to collect any machines that have been left behind i already have the coordinates for such machines" the old man said i was glaring at him i walked to the intercom
"ichigo get to the hanger you'll want to see this" i said about ten minutes later she arrived
"alright what happened now" ichigo said she knew her partner when he was annoyed it was very obvious
"look around tell me what you see" i said and she did and she looked confused her confusion quickly turned to anger as she started to recognize certain things
"jaune please tell me those aren't delphinium's legs" she said
"yep, the old man has gotten tired of being called a pervert so he decided to take apart our franxx to build new units entirely" i said
"huh and how long will that take" ichigo asked
"well considering he doesn't have everything yet i got no idea" i said

"a singular EVA and it's the red one, though the old man better have a means of getting the thing to work since the EVAs need souls to function otherwise we're up shit creek without a paddle, wait i just realized, he didn't no he wouldn't be that stupid"
"old man where's SKL" i asked
"of course i took that apart as well i learned much from it in fact" Dr. franxx said
"YOU DID WHAT" i screamed i now had a massive headache
"fine, you better have a plan for this old man" i said
"i do don't worry, all i ask is you give me control of the ship temporarily" Dr. franxx said
"jessica do what the old man wants" i said
"understood captain, i have already received coordinates from Dr. franxx when we are ready we can be under way" jessica said
"alright first let's deal with seele have we found their location" i asked
"affirmative" jessica said
"charge wave motion gun blast them to oblivion leave nothing left" i said
"understood, now firing" jessica said as the wave motion gun was fired
"sir, a singular EVA unit remained from the blast" jessica said
"what do you mean remained did you miss it" i asked
"no sir, i was aiming for the EVA itself it tanked my shot" jessica said
"crap" i said the old doctor however was smiling
"EXCELLENT, a test subject" the doctor said i looked at the old man
