Sakura made Sarada sit down so she could heal her. Sakura's hands started glowing green with her medical ninjutsu. "Thank you, mama" Sarada had said to her mother. just then Tsunade came running back to them as she said "I heard there was some trouble going on over here, sorry I didn't come sooner." all of them looked at Tsunade and then back at adult Sakura and Sasuke. Sakura stopped healing Sarada and walked over to Tsunade. "Hey Tsunade, oh well there was some trouble but Sarada took care of it." Tsunade had a confused and surprised look on her face as she looked at the adult Sakura.
"ok? Sakura? is that you?" Tsunade questioned her. "yes sensei it is me" the adult Sakura said nervously as she didn't know how her sensei would react. Tsunade just Smiled "you've gotten very good at medical ninjutsu I see," Tsunade told adult Sakura. "yeah I have although to keep it between us, Sarada needs some help with it" Sakura said loud enough so everyone could hear her. "mama! hmf" Sarada had responded to the comment from her mother. this made Sasuke smile
The younger Sasuke noticed this from afar and smiled at this, "thank you Sakura"
eventually, the Uchiha family went back to their timeline. THE END
