Poseidon p.o.v
My breathing is heavy. Bruises and cuts litter my body. The ground shook with each step of the monster following me.
I squeeze my eyes shut trying to collect my thoughts, which are running in my head like a spreading wild fire. I try to think of what I could have done. What I could have done differently to avoid the treacherous situation I seem to have gotten myself into.
Time skip into past.
I was laying on my bed at Atlantis when my brother Zeus the 'almighty' king of Olympus, called a council meeting.
I closed my eyes, I sighed.
Amphitrite entered the room, she walked over to me. I peeked one eye open, she was leaning over me with a slight smirk on her face.
"Lord Zeus requested your presence" she inquired.
I grumbled and pulled the blanket over my eyes. She sighed and wrapped her arms under my arms and heaved me of my back and into a sitting position. I smiled sheepishly.
She raised her eyebrow and gestured at the Sky.
" okay, okay I'm going" I chuckled.
I stand up from the bed, kiss her forehead and flash to Olympus.
Little did I know but that would be the last peaceful night I would have for a while
