Nejire was currently flying over to dagobah municipal beach, she had received a text from Izuku saying to meet him there. She hadn't heard from him since the incident in Nezu's office a week ago. She went in her hero outfit in order to use her quirk and not get scolded by some of the other pro heroes for illegal quirk usage.

As she began to approach the beach, she noticed a man in a black hood and blue jeans leaning against one of the poles on the pier. He also had what looked like a manilla folder in his left hand. As she landed the man began to look at her and she knew he was not Izuku as soon as she meet his crimson eyes with her own

Nejire: sorry, just waiting for a friend

???: sorry, my brothers busy and I needed to get you somehow

She turned around as she had recognized his voice. It was the voice of the man who Izuku called his brother

Nejire: Tomura Shigaraki

Tomura began to chuckle as he removed his hood with his right hand,

Tomura: hehehe the one and only

Nejire: what is it you want, it's clearly not to kill me as Izuku would hate you for it

He walked up to her as he handed her the folder, She was confused as she took the folder from his hands. She opened it as she saw the files on two men, two men she hated and brought back terrible memories, memories of that night.

Tomura: Izuku told me about what happened a few years ago to you, Izuku was very pissed when he learned about it. As his elder brother, I thought I would do some digging, and once I found them I brought them back to my base

Tomura extended his hand to her as he spoke once more

Tomura: come with me and they are all yours

Nejire's eyes widen, she wanted revenge on them for the past six years (she meet Izuku five years ago) and now there was a chance, she couldn't pass this up

Nejire: okay, I shall

MEANWHILE

Izuku was currently in the lab attempting to combine quirks to form the electro gnosis, he knew it would be difficult but it was harder than he had anticipated. The combining of quirks he had originally and the ones Ujiko had procured into a solid form was complicated not to mention he hadn't successfully figured out how to actually use the delusion after he had made it that couldn't be easily exploited.

The way that users activate delusions in game is through a glove or through their thoughts being heard through magic, one is easily exploitable and the other doesn't exist. One possible route he thought was both a good idea was pulling a Tobey Maguire Doc Ock and having it linked to his spinal cord so his thoughts could register to it in an instant. He had Ujiko run some of his own simulation with the device for the past 24 hours testing simulations with this device.

He was busy running simulation after simulation in a computer program developed by Doctor Ujiko in the hopes that it would lead to a desirable result but it kept coming back as a failure. Izuku wasn't deterred as he just kept trying with different combinations and adding or removing enhancers. The simulator was connected to a spherical device with multiple tubes running from it to the square base it was on, this device was what Izuku was using to make a delusion.

He was on attempt # 7,869(each attempt took about one minute to do and he spent the first day procuring the quirks needed)when he opted to take a short nap as he hadn't got any sleep in the past 48 hours. Not one second later the machine began sparking purple electricity as the chamber that contained the delusion casing was enveloped by a purple light before exploding. Izuku was knocked back onto the floor. He shook his head as he looked at the device as it was smoking
