Phil had mentioned before that he had three sons, and that one of them would be visiting soon, the other two... much less chance of getting to meet him.
He had told you bits and pieces about Tommy, like how he was the youngest, and undoubtedly the loudest.
He told you about how Tommy basically started a few wars over a few meek discs but insisted that said discs had a much deeper connection to him.
He told you that he and Tommy were knees deep in a questionably bad situation, and needed Techno to... lend them a hand, and they needed his help badly.
They had come over to spend the night saying they were there to visit, but in reality, you all knew that they just needed to speak to Techno and hopefully get him to agree to help.
Alone.
The four of you were sitting around the small coffee table, Phil and Tommy on the couch, Techno on a chest opposite them, and you on the floor beside him.
The conversation was light like the snow falling outside the window, about something you weren't really paying attention to.
Your primary focus was on the two opposite you.
You didn't know Tommy. You only just met him mere hours ago, so you didn't expect him to talk to you much.
But Phil? He was one of two of your only friends here, and he had barely talked to you. He brushed you off. He ignored you.
Techno cleared his throat to get the attention of the room and asked the question that had been begging to be answered.
"It's come to my attention that you guys want something from me, right? Why else would you be here? You have been pacing all day Phil," Techno yawned, clearly already bored of the conversation.
"We... are kind of in a bad spot, and we need you to help us out. We, uh, kinda..." Tommy trailed off, sending you a few quick, definitely not subtle, glances.
Within seconds it was obvious none of them wanted you to be a part of the oncoming conversation.
"What, you want me to leave, but you're too pussy to say so? Fine, how 'bout I make this easier for you?" you snapped, standing up and grabbing your cloak off of the back of the couch, heading towards the front door.
"Y/N wait-" Phil started but was cut off by the loud bang of the front door slamming behind you.
Oh, you were mad.
You were so mad.
First, Technoblade ignores you for just under a day. Then, he abandons you for just under a week. And now, they don't even want you around? He was going to leave you behind yet again?
You were seething, pacing over to the horses, kicking the snow as you went when an idea came into your head.
He wants to treat me like some disposable toy? Let's see how that goes for him.
-
"Techno, you don't even have to talk. We just need you to stand behind us, and just.. ya know... intimidate them, so they will give us what we need." Tommy's shrill voice reasoned.
"It won't take 10 minutes. Please mate, I promise this will be the last time." Phil smiled.
At first Technoblade refused, saying he left the violence and bloodshed in the past. He couldn't risk letting the voice take over him again, he didn't want to wake up and have to deal with the consequences.
But the pair were very persuasive together, and Techno eventually caved and agreed, setting off to get his things ready.
Techno walked outside and over to his horse, pulling out its armour.
