Anxiety

I haven't been diagnosed with anxiety, just my own experiences of how I've dealt with it

I get shaky from anxiety, it causes me to twitch. Not just small hand twitches, full body twitches. It sometimes it's nonexistent for a while, then just pops back up again. I didn't have them for months at one point, but they came back during tech-week (week before a show), and have stayed since, not that bad though.

I used to pull my hair out. Not hard or painful- just plucking them at the roots one at a time. I don't to it anymore, and I only really did it in 2020 and a few months before that.

Fidgeting. From playing with a bracelet, pen, or a fidget toy, it helps out. It doesn't hurt me or is concerning to others like the previous two, and it keeps me calm and keeps that my focus on instead of stressing.
