Minju wasn't really sure.
She checked if there wasn't a tag. She still hadn't forgotten what Chaewon had said about Nako's chocolates.
Was it possible Chaewon had done the same for her?
No, there's no way, she just saw I wanted a box of chocolates. Any friend would have done the same.
Would they?
Why was it, that ever since Chaewon had come along all of these thoughts had warped around her brain, not letting her go?
Every little moment, from the box of chocolates to the whole pretty thing.
Minju picked out a chocolate from the box.
It was one in the shape of a heart.
Minju couldn't help but raise her eyebrow skeptically.
What, completely normal, completely not-romantic box of chocolates had a heart chocolate?
Nope. Who cared if there were no tags on this? These were definitely similar to the chocolates that Nako gave Hitomi
But... why would she do that?
Maybe it had just been an accident or something.
But, she still got the box of chocolates. That still meant something.
Minju, first, you're making way too big a deal out of a box of chocolates, and second, why are you acting like you want this to happen? Also, since when do you talk to yourself? Isn't that a sign of insanity?
Which all of these weird thoughts, that wouldn't be too surprising right now.
What was going on with her emotions?
She thought she and Chaewon were just friends, but now it felt different.
It almost fest like...
Minju gasped.
No...
There was no way...
Minju thought about her texts with Nako.
All the boxes checked.
Minju... had a crush on Chaewon.
Well... this is something Minju thought. She never really thought this would be happening.
Well, you can't just sit here and do nothing. Nako sure didn't. She went out, and made sure Hitomi knew how she felt. (At least to some extent)
But... Chaewon was different. Who knew how she would react? What would happen.
Just... be slow and steady.
Minju took a deep breath and cleared her thoughts.
She had a crush on Chaewon.
And now, she was going to do everything she could do to know if Chaewon felt the same way.
A/N: I know this chapter is a little short, but there was only so much I needed to put in it. I'm hoping to amp up the drama very soon, though...
