(third person Pov)
3 hours later.
"Hey doc, we're back. Is he awake yet?" Asked nick with two coffees.
"Well I wanted to wait before waking him. He is no longer knocked out. He is just asleep" said the doctor.
"Can we wake him?" Asked Judy.
"I don't see why not" said the doctor leaning in towards the mammal's ear.
"WAKE UP!" the doctor yelled.
The mammal's eyes immediately shot open.
He tried to sit up but he was strapped to the bed.
(Mark's pov)
I woke up and tried to get up. I couldn't move.
I was cuffed to the bed by some kind of restraint.
I heard the familiar female voice.
"Hello? It's okay. We are not going to hurt you... Again" she said.
I didn't know whether or not to trust her.
I was still trying to make sense of my surroundings.
My eyes began to clear up and I could see the rabbit and the fox. The small rabbit waved and smiled.
"W-what's happening? Where am I? I asked.
"Welcome to zootopia my name is Judy. The fox up there is nick" said the rabbit, pointing to the fox.
I was still trying to figure out what the fuck kind of benadryl I was on. Talking animals?
And I'm pretty sure no place is called zootopia.
"W-what happened?" I asked.
"We found you frozen in the Arctic circle. You were likely preserved for millions of years. But we don't know how you managed to survive being frozen for that long." said the doctor.
"M-m-millions of..." I started. I was utterly horrified.
"Ok calm down. We-" the doctor was cut off.
"NO! You have explained enough! Let me out!! Oh god this is all a nightmare. It has to be!!!" I said as I began to panic.
The doctor then administered a sedative.
I immediately began to feel tired. And then I laid back down. I didn't quite fall asleep. But I felt like I just got back home from a long day.
"I just wanna go home." I said, tears streaming down my cheeks.
Judy placed a paw on her chest as if she could feel her heart melt.
She jumped up on top of the bed and rested under my arm.
(Sorry this chapter was so short. I have to go to sleep and also I'm working on another project.)
