Emily saw Mark. Yes, the vet who tried to kidnap Hazelnut. He was back at it trying and trying and never giving up. Emily ran out of the barn and tackled him into a cradle so now Mark was stuck there, while Emily had Jeremy call the cops.
They must've known this was gonna happen because Jacob came around the corner and tried to get Hazelnut. Instead of him being able to do this Ben came out of nowhere and straight up tackled Jacob.
The cops told us to tie Jacob and Mark up while we wait for them to come. Ben felt dumb because he assumed the wrong person was going to kidnap Hazelnut.
Ben walked over to Jeremy and apologized to him after they got done tieng Jacob and Mark up. Jeremy shook his head in agreement and while they waited on the cops they all started braiding Hazelnuts' mane and tail. It ended up looking a little like this:

Emily went to bed while everyone waited on the police. They said they'd be there in ten minutes but realistically everyone knew it would be an hour. Plus Emily had to be up at 5a.m. so she decided it would be best to get some sleep.
