Dreams P.O.V

I walked through the portal as I stood in a familiar dirt trail that lead to our base. The sky was shaded in a pink, orange, & light blue color to show that the sun was setting. The forest green trees waved softly in the wind as I close my eyes and took a deep breath. Filling my non-existent lungs with a familiar fresh, cold air as I bathed in the warmth of remaining light from the sun.

'God, I miss this.' I thought as I took this moment to be fully absorbed with my surroundings. Now don't get me wrong, as much as I did enjoy my time with Error in the Anti-Void, I miss being able to go to different AU's and just enjoy their environments. Not only that, but I also miss hanging out with Ink and Blue.

'Ink and Blue! They must be worried sick about me.' I thought as I open my eyes and refocused on my main mission. I quickly started making my way towards the Star Base as worried thoughts started to flood my skull. 'Are they okay? What happened in the time I've been gone? Has the base burned down? Are they looking for me? Why hasn't Ink entered the Anti-Void when he knew I was there? Have they replaced me?'

All these questions buzz around in my head as I stood anxiously infront of the door. 'C'mon Dream, you can do this!' I thought as I took a deep breath in as an attempt to calm my nerves and opened the door.

"Ink, Blue, I'm home." I called out nervously as I entered the base. A depressing aura filled the base as my soul tightened from the negativity. "Ink....Blue?" I called out once more as I got closer to the source of the negative energy. I entered the dinning area, only to find Ink sleeping on the table. I silently examined his sleeping form as his chest rises and falls from his breathing and his skull resting on his arms.

"Ink..." I said with a small frown as I noticed faded black ink across his face as his aura radiates negativity. I gave out a small sigh as I carefully carried the sleeping creator and started bringing him up to his room. "Dream," I heard him mumble softly as he buried his skull against my chest.

I gave out a small blush of embarrassment as I quietly entered his room and gently placed him on his bed. "What am I going to do with you?" I said with a sigh as I placed a blanket over him. I slowly made my way towards the door before giving Ink one last look as a soft smile made its way to my face "Goodnight Ink." I said gently before exiting the room and softly close the door behind me.
