Chapter 19

Dream's P.O.V

"Hey Ink, Blue, sorry I took so long." I said as I enter the dinning room where they were waiting for me. "It's fine Dream, just let us know where you go next time instead of ditching us." Ink said as Blue nodded in agreement. "I AGREE, WHILE I KNOW YOU ARE FULLY CAPABLE OF DEFENDING YOURSELF DREAM. I RATHER YOU NOT GET CAPTURED AGAIN." Blue chimed in.

"Thanks guys, but I doubt that'll happen anytime soon." I said as I took a seat at the dinning table. "ANYWAYS DREAM, INK TOLD ME THAT YOU WERE GOING TO TELL US WHAT HAPPENED DURING YOUR TIME IN THE ANTI-VOID." Blue said, getting straight to the point "Right, and don't let a single detail out." Ink said as I took a deep breath and started talking.

After I was done explaining, both Ink and Blue stared at me in shock and disbelief "Your seriouse, right? Your not joking or pulling a fast one on us are you?" Ink asks clearly confuse as his right eye showed a red alarm question mark and his left a purple swirl. "No I'm not, I promise that I'll tell you what happened in the Anti-Void and I did." I said honestly.

All three of us sat their in silence as I nervously awaited for their response "This...could actually be a good thing." Ink slowly said as his eyes widen I realization "What do you mean by that Ink?" I ask him, slightly confused on what he was thinking about "Think about it Dream. With your friendship with Error, you could finally put an end to the destruction of Au's!" Ink finally said, beaming with excitement.

My eyes widen in shock as I heard Inks proclamation "You would be saving hundreds, no, thousands of AU's and millions upon millions of monsters and humans alike. I would be able to create as much as I wish without worrying about Error destroying an AU and so many innocent lives would be spared." As Ink continues to ramble on I felt my soul go heavy at what Ink wanted me to do.

"You..." I hesitated as Ink stopped talking and snapped his attention towards me "You want me to use my relationship with Error for our benefit?" I question Ink, not wanting to believe what he was saying "Exactly," Ink said with a firm nod, confirming my suspensions "I'm sorry Ink, but I'm afraid I can't do that." I said with a frown.

Ink looked at me in disbelief as a purple alarm question mark appeared on his left eye and a royale blue circle appeared on his right. "What!? But Dream this could be the end of destruction towards all AU's, the multiverse would contain more positivity, so many lives and worlds would be spared, heck, as long as Error doesn't find out, he to would be happy to finally have a friend for once." Ink said

"And!? What if he finds out? What if I was the only true friend he ever had, only to find out I was just using him this entire time? What if I don't want to destroy the trust he gave me?" I retorted back to Ink as he stared at me in disbelief. We sat there in silence as Blue made an attempt to clear the tension "DREAM I KNOW YOUR UPSET AND I UNDERSTAND WHOLEHEARTEDLY WHY YOU DON'T  WANT TO DO THIS TO ERROR SEEING AS YOU TWO BECAME VERY CLOSE. HOWEVER..... could you at least consider it? While I don't fully like the idea of using a friend, this friendship between you and Error may help us alot in the near future. So just think about it okay? If it's still a no then Ink and I will respect that and you may continue being friends with Error." Blue reasoned.

"Are you sure?" I ask them as Blue gave a firm nod "OF COURSE WE WILL! RIGHT INK." Blue said, giving Ink a knowing look as he gave out an exasperated sigh and reluctantly nodded in agreement "....If you say so," I said, not fully believing Ink but appreciate Blue's attempt of a compromise "Anyways I'll be going out for a bit." I said as I got up and summoned my staff "Where are you going?" Ink asks me "For a walk," I said simply as I created a portal "I'll be back by noon." I said as I enter the portal.

'What am I going to do?' I thought with a sigh.
