Jae-hyun was anxiously waiting for the siblings' call when they told him that they got a mission to attend to. He had heard about Hyosan and he's worried that they might got assigned in that area
The siblings were warned to not tell anyone about their mission, not even Jae-hyun who is also one of the skilled and powerful agent
It has been 4 hours since the siblings went to the director's office
He sighed, walking into the director's office who was looking worried. He turned his gaze to Jae-hyun and spoke
"Why do you want to see me?"
"Where is Cha-young and Chang-min? They're not answering my texts or calls"
He looked away, raising Jae-hyun's suspicion
"Where are they?"
"You're a great agent, Jae-hyun"
He frowned
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"But the siblings are more suited for the mission"
"What mission?"
He could feel his heartbeat raising up, praying to God that whatever he was thinking is false
"NIS has decided to send them to Hyosan to retrieve the cure"
He widened his eyes
"What?!"
"I'm telling you because I know how close you guys are. Don't tell anyone about this or you'll handle the consequences"
"It's dangerous in there! How could you even think of sending them like that? Do you even know the infected weaknesses? Or weapons that should be used to kill them?"
The director sighed, knowing that he's right
"We got an intel from a detective there. He's on his way here so that we can get more information. His call got cut off just as he was telling us about the laptop. We got no choice and need to act immediately"
