Hello everyone. This is my first attempt to write anything. I hope it is readable.
This story is based on the accident track of akshara from show.

Abhimanyu has been feeling restless from sometime.
Abhi(in mind) - ye ho kya raha hai mujhe. Aisa kyun lag raha hai jaise kuch galat ho raha hai. Kahin akshu ko kuch hua tho nahi. Akshu theek ho bas.
All of sudden there was lots of hustle bustle in hospital.
He sees a nurse rushing inside and stops her to ask.
Abhi: Nurse kya hua hai.
Nurse: sir ek accident case aaya hai. Patient bohat critical hai. Unhe OT mein le gaye hai Dr Sinha ne kaha hai ki hume senior doctor ki jarurat padegi mai Dr. Mahima ko bulane jaa rahi thi.
Abhi: aap jaake unhe bulaiye tab tak mai check karta hun patient ko.
The nurse leaves from there.
Abhi goes to his cabin changes in scrubs and moves to OT. As he reaches door of OT he starts feeling restless again. He was standing at door lost. DR. Sinha comes out of OT.
Dr. Sinha(intern): Dr Abhimanyu accha hua aap yahan aa gaye. We need assistance from senior doctor. The patient is sinking.
Abhi moves inside OT but was unable to see the patient as people were surrounding the operation table. He moves a little closer and a nurse moves aside. He stops dead at the spot as he sees the patient's face.
Abhi (in mind): no no no aisa nahi ho sakta. Akshu!! Nahi vo akshu nahi hai. Akshu nahi hai vo. Abhi akshu apne ghar pe hogi apni family ke saath. Vo akshu nahi ho sakti.
Dr. Sinha (calling abhi): sir, sir
Abhi suddenly comes out of thoughts and looks at intern.
Dr Sinha: sir the patient is sinking.
Abhi looks back at patient and again sees akshu's face. He screams her name and run to her.
Abhi: akshu akshu open your eyes. Akshu listen please akhein kholo apni. Dekho Aisa majak nahi karte hai. Please akhein kholo apni. Tumhe pata hai na mai nahi dekh sakta aise tumhe please utho aisa mat karo mere saath
At that moment Dr mahima enters in OT and is shocked to see Abhimanyu like this. She reaches near him and keeps hand on his shoulder. Abhi looks back and seeing her start saying.
Abhi: taayiji dekhiye na akshu ko ankhein hi nahi khol rahi. Mai kabse keh raha hun lekin meri baat hi nahi sun rahi aap boliye na isko ki aisa nahi kare mere saath.
Mahima: Abhimanyu sambhalo apne aapko. Kya kar rahe ho tum, hume treatment start karna hai immediately. Get a grip on yourself. Is waqt tumhare samne srif ek patient hai jise ek Doctor ki jarurat hai. Get a hold on yourself and start the treatment.
Akshu starts taking heavy breaths. Abhi tries to get control and starts treatment
Abhi: akshu mai tumhe kuch nahi hone dunga just hold on.
Abhi was cleaning her forehead wound and checking for any deeper injury on head. Simultaneously speaking to akshu.
Abhi: akshu meri jaan please aise nahi karo na. Meri baat mano aur aankhein kholo. Agar tumhe kuch ho gaya na tho mai mar jaunga please aankhein kholo.
Outside the OT now Anand, harshvardhan and aarohi were waiting as they got to know about akshara's accident. Aarohi had called kairav informing him of akshu's accident and the whole family was coming to hospital.
Inside OT abhi had cleaned her forehead and did dressing, while her hand and legs dressing were done by others. Now abhi was checking her wound at neck.
Dr mahima checking the reports just handed to her of various scans and test said.
Mahima: Abhimanyu, akshara ke neck mein their is something very sharp sturck deep inside and it is very close to her vocal cords. Agar thoda sa bhi aur andar jayega tho her vocal cords can be damaged.
Abhimanyu's hands froze. No this cannot happen. Nothing can happen to her voice.
Abhi(in mind): nahi akshu mai tumhari awaj ko kuch nahi hone dunga. Tumse milne se phele mai tumhari awaj se mila tha. Tumhari awaj mere dil ko sukoon deti hai. Usse bohat pehle hi mera rishta jud gaya tha. Aur tumhari awaj tumhare liye bhi bohat khas hai mai usse kuch nahi hone dunga.
Outside the OT now whole family was there waiting. Mimi and badi ma were crying thinking about akshu and AG and vansh were consoling them. While bade papa was just silently looking at the OT longingly waiting to hear that his precious granddaughter was okay. While kairav was lost he has already lost his mumma papa and sirat mumma now the thought of losing akshu he cannot bear it.
Kairav: mumma papa I am sorry mai akshu ka dhyaan nahi rakh paya. Maine aapse promise Kiya tha mai usse humesha protect karunga lekin mai nahi kar paya. I failed as a brother.
Manjeri aur Neil bhi accident ki khabar sunke hospital aa jaate hai. Neil had called abhi. When he did not pickup he had called at hospital reception and got to know about akshara's accident. He informed the same to manjeri and both came to hospital immediately.

What would families reaction when they will see Abhimanyu's condition.
