Albedo's POV

'Calming'

I said to myself as I stared blankly at the clear skies going darker outside of the open window, feeling the cool breeze entering the lab.

I closed my eyes as soon as I felt the wind gently blew on my face and so I sighed

'Even the wind feels lonely tonight'

Then suddenly, I heard someone hastily open the door, causing me to jump a little. ruining the calming silence and I sighed 'What is it this time'

I turned around to see who the reckless person is. Then soon saw (y/n) beside the door, scanning the whole lab 'Did she leave something?'

"What are you-"

"Is Sucrose here?" She said with a serious expression on her face

'She's... Looking for Sucrose?'

"I let her take a break and participate in the festival," I said to her and continued to do some research as I avoided her figure

"GREAT!" she exclaimed and quickly went close to me as she grabbed my hand. I looked at her again and saw her usual expression whenever she's with me 'So she's doing it again...'

"I told you to stop-"

"Albedo, would you go to the library with me?" she asked me with determination on her face which caught me off guard

'library..? Hmm...'

I examined her expression and it seems like she's really desperate

Even though she knew that I'd turn her down, she's still... Optimistic about it

'Alright... I'll give you a chance (y/n)'

I sighed in defeat

'But as soon as you act unusual towards me, I'll sever ties with you for wasting my time'

"... I suppose it wouldn't be a bad idea" I calmly said and saw her joyous smile

"Let's go!" she excitedly said as she immediately wrapped her arms around mine

'This habit of hers again...'

I let out a sigh and we went to the library... together.......

The spacious library is quiet tonight and it seems like it's just the two of us

'As expected, she planned it as soon as she heard about the event'

I sat down with (y/n) beside me and I started to read the books I picked from the shelves while she has none

'*sigh* I'm not even in the mood to read... I should really get into my research and-'

My thoughts were cut off by her giggling quietly

"What are you laughing at? You shouldn't make noise inside the library" I calmly said while turning the page of the book

"Oh c'mon, no one's in here except us two. So that means we're free to be loud as we want~" she playfully said and I sighed again because of her stubbornness and simply ignored her

Minutes later of silence she spoke something that made me puzzled

"You know... You're pretty amazing Albedo" she muttered. I stopped focusing on the book I was reading as soon as I heard her
