"Do it again!" My coach blew his whistle then yelled in the middle of us doing a play

I smacked my lips getting back in position. This was his third time stopping the play before we could even finish it and telling us to start over

"Blue 42! Blue 42, Set hut !" I yelled

The center threw the ball under his legs and I caught it looking for a wide receiver open

Before I could throw it the coach blew the whistle and one of my teammates tackled me to the ground even after the whistle was blown

I stood up mad as hell and pushed him on the ground balling up my fist

"Fuck is you doing!" I scrunched my face up

"Aye" My coach yelled but I ignored him

"Stop playing wit me boy" I grabbed him by his jersey while he was still on the ground then the rest of the team started pulling me back

"Kasen what the fuck? Save that energy for the real game" My coach put his hands up yelling as I took my helmet off

"Get back in position! We're gonna keep doing this until you get it right" He yelled and everybody started getting ready

"I don't even know what the fuck i'm doing wrong!" I spat getting irritated

"You need to get rid of the ball faster" He said making me look at him dumb

"You're not letting me! What do you want me to do not read the defense?" I scrunched my face up

"I want you to react to the defense" He said

"What's the difference?" I wiped the sweat off my forehead still not understanding

"One takes longer, Stop thinking and just react. Do it again!" He blew his whistle

"Fuck this" I threw my helmet and walked off to the benches

"Wright!" He called out to me but I ignored him

Azaria was sitting on the benches on her phone. I ignored that drinking my water trying to cool down

I seen the team running around the field and Coach walking up to me

"What was that?" He asked and I shook my head looking away

"Ion wanna talk" I mumbled

"What you did just now is unacceptable. And you're the quarterback, The team supposed to be looking up to you and you doing this shit!"

"I'm trying coach, You pushing it"

"Well try harder. I'm only telling you what's best for the team and you know that. You got 5 minutes to cool off then come back and be ready to work, We not finna be throwing fits and storming off everytime shit don't go your way!" He said walking away and I stayed quiet breathing heavy in irritation
