Sweat dripped down my face as I ran on the treadmill on it's highest level. I tried to keep my breathing calm while already worn out and ready to stop. only 30 seconds left though

I let out a breath keeping my eyes focused on the time. the only thing keeping me going was Stand on it by Lil baby playing in my AirPods on full blast. the treadmill started slowing down as it reached it's last 10 seconds and eventually it stopped

"Fuck" I got off and took my shirt off and wiping my face with it. I sat down drinking my Body armor and trying to catch my breath. my body is hot and my legs feel weak as hell. my chest burning from me breathing so hard

I been at the gym for about hour and a half. they got every workout tool a nigga would need up in here. I did arm work, leg work, work on my upper body strength and all that today. I don't know who I was feeling like

Once I somewhat caught my breath I started grabbing my stuff and stood up. it was a good workout, but I know imma feel all this shit later on. I threw my shirt over my shoulder and started walking toward the exit

I was heading out the door until I ran into Coach Hamilton and his assistant standing at the smoothie bar right by the entrance

"Mr Wright" He held his hand out with a smile and I gave him a handshake "how you doing?"

"Wassup coach, i'm good just finished this workout. what you doing in here?" I asked him as the worker gave him his smoothie and a straw; he thanked them and turned back to me

"I had to stop and come pick up one of the best smoothies in town, i'll get you one before you go. it energizes you. filled with protein" He told me and I nodded "Emoni order another smoothie. strawberries, bananas, and mangoes" he gave her his card and she took it going to the empty line

"Thank you" I said and he nodded

"How are you?" He asked as we stepped away from the counter a little bit

"I'm good. I just been focusing on school, ready to graduate" I said and he nodded

"Aye I feel you. the season is over for my boys now, their last game is on new year's. it's gonna be live on television too, you wanna come?" He asked

"Yea I wanna go what type of question is that?" I responded quick he chuckled

"I'll get you some tickets, is 6 okay?"

"Yea way more than enough, I appreciate it coach" I dapped him up

"Yea. they've been practicing hard, it's definitely gonna be a good game you gotta bring your folks to see this" He said as his assistant came back over

"Who they playing against?" I asked as she handed me the smoothie "thank you"

"Your welcome" She smiled then her eyes went on my bare chest. I raised a brow weirdly when she wouldn't stop eye fucking me
