Chapter 31

"May laban ba tayo?" Lily asked me and I don't know what to answer because honestly, I really don't know if we have a chance against this monster duo, Hades and Valer.

"Syempre naman mayroon, sa tingin niyo makakarating kayo sa phase na 'yan kung wala?" Maple tried to lighten our heavy chest because of nervousness but it didn't work.

By the way, I already logged in when Mark left our house and I'm currently outside of the force barrier.

The location of our fight is in this old city and the whole city was covered by a hefty force barrier. Ito na yata ang pinakamalaking force barrier na nakita ko.

Talagang alam nila kung saan aabot ang kakayahan naming mga kalahok. Pero hindi naman siguro namin mabibiyak 'yang barrier 'no? Hindi 'yan.

"For the two duo, please prepare in sixty seconds, the fight will start after that."

The announcer's voice echoes around. There's no players here because this fight is will be broadcast live in the whole game and internet. So, a lot will watch it, we really need to give everyone a good fight.

"'Wag niyong sirain 'yong city ha, maawa kayo. Maawa kayo sa mga programmer. Hahaha!!"

Napailing na lang ako sa sinabi ni Airi. Napabuntong hininga na lamang ako. Tinitigan ko si Lily tsaka nauna na akong pumasok sa barrier. Nasa kabilang side sina Hades at tiyak akong nakatago na sila.

Pagkapasok namin ni Lily sa loob ng barrier ay kaagad kong tinakpan ang mukha ko dahil sa tindi ng mga alikabok at mga buhangin sa paligid. Si Lily naman ay napa-ubo dahil sa alikabok.

"Lily, chant a spell that can make us immune in this," I told her. Which she really did.

Good thing Lily is a mage, I have a good support though we're both supports and our opponent is both fighter, it doesn't matter my sub-class is a fighter too.

Pinagmasdan ko ang lugar at puro luma at sira-sirang bagay ang narito, tambakan yata 'to ng mga sirang gamit. All I can see is a building that was already abandoned and they're all damaged buildings, the cars around was full of rust. Buhangin din ang sahig dito.

Kaagad kong hinawakan ang kamay ni Lily at kinaladkad ko siya papasok sa isa sa mga lumang building.

We already have a plan.

"Players, please proceed to the battle field," we heard the announcer's voice and it announce that the fight will start in 3 seconds but before that, my lips parted when a five more thick barriers was added on the original barrier.

I shook my head to stop myself from laughing.

"Kinukulong yata nila tayo," Lily said and I nod.

"As if we can break that total of barriers," I responded to her.

I know the whole city has cameras around.

"Lily, alam mo na ang gagawin natin," sabi ko sa kaniya at kaagad naman siyang tumango.

"Knowing Hades, he must already calculated every place in this city and knowing Valer, he's very competitive. So I'm guessing he sets traps here because they're the one who came in first, they have advantages but let's just give our very best and let's get out in our comfort zone," I said to her and she nodded. 

"You ready?" I asked her and she nodded.

Funny how fast my heartbeat is but I can't feel pressure and nervousness now. I was just excited.

"Okay, Lily tracked Valer right now," I commanded and a three hologram appears in front of us and Lily was doing something on it that I can't explain.

My jaw almost dropped after a second when a lot of numbers appeared in front and Lily was typing fast.
