Ch. 19 "Strength"

                                                           Jaylynn POV 

I jolt awake. The harsh memories plaguing my dreams or more like nightmares. Sweat dripping down my face as I try to slow my breathing. 

"You seems in distress miss shall I summon Mr Barnes or Mr Rogers?" The voices said 

"W-Who's there?" I asked gripping the blanket 

"I am Friday AI at your service." The voice said 

"AI?" I asked 

"Artificial intelligence Mr Stark created me." The voice said 

I stood up slowly not really sure about this voice. 

"Do not be afraid I am here to help." The voice said 

I hesitated but nodded 

I let out a small shaky breath.. 

I slowly leave the room. I looked both ways down the hallways it was empty. 

So I decided to go left.. 

I wonder where everyone is... I thought as I walked I turned the corner only to run into something and resulting in me falling on my butt. 

I looked up and see Thor. 

"Earth Child I'm so sorry." He said helping me up as he smiled. 

How can he be so nice to me and smile at me a while ago I tossed him that he shattered a table. you think he would be a little sour about that. I thought 

He helped me to my feet. 

"You looking for Captain?" He asked 

I just shrugged. 

Thor held out his hand. 

"Come I will take you to him." he said 

Thor led me to the training room. 

"Captain look who I found." Thor said 

Bucky, Steve and Sam all turned around 

"Jaylynn what are you doing up at.." Steve said 

Bucky looked at his watch. 

"Five in the morning." Bucky finished 

I just shrugged not really finding an answer. sure I could just say oh hey Steve the reason I couldn't sleep is because I am dreaming about every little thing HYDRA did to me. 

Yeah I'm sure that conversation would go soo well. I thought looking up at Steve as he walked towards me. all three of them were covered in sweat. I guess I interrupted their training session. 

"Jaylynn it's okay to talk to us." Steve said kneeling in front of me. 

"Yeah. Sam may have a ugly mug but he doesn't bite." Bucky said 

"Shut up!" Sam yelled at Bucky 

"I know.." I mumbled 

Steve smiled. 

"Oh I know!" Thor said 

Everyone looked at Thor. 

"Let us see how hard Earth Child can hit since she threw me across a room!" Thor said 

"Thor for the millionth time her name is Jaylynn and she's not doing that" Steve said Standing up. 

"Nonsense!" Thor said taking my hand making me stand in front of a punching bag. 

Thor lowered the bag. 

"Now Eart- I mean Jaylynn I want to see how hard you can hit!" He said 

I know Thor means well I mean he reminds me of a giant teddy bear since he's not at all upset about me tossing him like a piece of paper. 

"I don't know.." I mumbled 

"Come on it will be fun!" He said smiling ear to ear. 

Why the hay is he so happy about this? I thought 

Might as well to get him to shut up. 

"Thor I told you-" Steve began

I pulled my arm back punching the bag as hard as possible which resulted in the bag flying off the hinges and going through a wall which Clint was relaxing in a chair which made him stand up fast. 

"What the hell!" Clint said 

some of the wall was crumbling from where the bag went through the wall. 

I turn around to see everyone looking completely shocked 

Great maybe this wasn't the best Idea... I thought looking down
