Ch. 25 "Christmas"

                                             Jaylynn POV 

I woke up this morning hearing a commotion going on in the main room. I grab my teddy bear brush my teeth. and My hair and get dressed. 

I walk down the hallway once I get to the living room area I am extremely confused. 

"Okay a little to the left." Nat said telling Bucky and Steve as they are moving a pine tree and setting it up. 

I tilted my head. 

What are they doing? I thought

Then I see Tony and Thor putting lights up around the room. 

I see Clint setting out Cookies in different shapes Like Trees and candy canes. 

What the hay is going on? I thought 

"Mind puzzling isn't it?" Loki said leaning against the frame in the doorway 

I nodded 

I watched as They started hanging up decorations on the tree and lights. 

"Why are they doing this?" I said looking up at Loki

"Because it's a human tradition going way back." Loki said 

"Tradition?" I said looking up at him

"Yes. Tradition called Christmas." Loki said 

"What happens?" I asked 

"Well..-" Loki began 

"All sorts of things. Presents candy. Parties." Tony said 

"Tony!"Steve said 

"What? It's the truth." Tony said 

I walked around looking at all the pretty lights and decorations 

I see Cookies I know what they look like I only know what they are because Pietro introduced me to them. 

I quickly grab one when Bucky and Steve weren't watching. 

I was just about to put it in my mouth. When I was lifted from behind. 

"I don't think so. Steve sees you he'll have a heart attack." Bucky said 

I pout looking at him. 

He looks at Steve who's distracted. 

"Okay just one." Bucky said whispering 

I nodded eating the cookie up 

He smiled at me. 

"What are you two up to?" Steve said 

"Nothing." I said jumping out of Bucky's arms. Running off making sure Steve did't see the crumbs on my face. 

I run to the couch sitting on Thor's lap making Loki jump. 

"This child is very quiet." Loki said 

"But she's so strong!" Thor said patting my head

"Yes if she can throw your brick house across the room." Loki said 

"What brick house!? Thor said 

"For the love of- You she throws you!"Loki said 

I giggled at them 

I looked around at all the light and I was just so excited about all of this. I just can't wait for the rest of my life with everyone.
