Chapter 8: Over the Rainbow

So, if you have read the story, you will know that the first 2 chapters are extremely short, and I was thinking of combining them, but I decided not to, because of the cliffhanger nature of chapter 1, and the issue of renaming the chapters

Erica's POV:

Sooo I may have given away too much with the whole holding hands thing. We even got matching salads. If Zoe says, "Couple goals," one more time, I swear, I will destroy her.

After lunch, Mike yelled, "POOL TIME!!!"

We all rushed to the water park, surveying the water slides and pools with awe.
First, we all took turns on the water slides, me with Ben, Mike with Trixie, and Zoe alone.
According to Mike, "Screw you Zoe."

After the rides, through which I may or may not have held Ben's hand the whole time, we went to have fun in the pool.

*Timeskip bc my lazy booty is supposed to be doing homework*

I came out of the bathroom, looking for Ben. He wasn't on the bed.
Then, I noticed that the balcony was unlocked. I walked out and stood next to Ben, surveying the view.

"It's beautiful isn't it?" he asked.

"Yes it is," I responded.

He turned to me, the sun gleaming off of his brown eyes.
"How did I end up with you?" he asked with a smirk.

"Opposites attract," I whispered, our faces drawing nearer...
