Chapter 4

For the past couple of weeks, Ilana had been trying her absolute best in trying to find Horcruxes, so far she had found out that the snake, Nagini, and Rowena Ravenclaw's diadem may be it.

She was currently sitting in her dorm, writing on her desk as Hermione and Ron came barging in, panting.

"What on Earth's wrong with you guys?"

"Dumbledore's dead!"
Said both, panicking.

"What do you mean Dumbledore's dead?!"

Ron fainted.

"He-He was found below the Astronomy Tower, we-we's thinking someone pushed him off or cast a strong spell causing him to fall off!"

Ilana felt like her heart had just stopped.

Dumbledore was like a father figure to her,
he would've always made her joyful (except for their last interaction) and he had shown her to be comprehending.

Ilana's parents were hostile and merciless, they would constantly make fun of her and beat her up for constant things.

Tears flowed down Ilana's cheeks as Hermione hugged her.

"Shh, it's alright Lana."
Said Hermione also crying.

Then Ron suddenly woke up.

"I'm -I'm going to go to Harry."

Hermione nodded, her head shaking continuously.

Ilana rushed out of the room to Ron and Harry's shared dorm room.

Barging inside she saw Harry, he looked different, not sad. He looked traumatised, different.

"Harry! Dumbledores dead! What are we going to do?!"

Harry looked at her, his eyes stone cold.

"Did you find any Horxruxes?!"

"-Y-yeah, -Nagini and I think it's the - diadem of Rowena Ravenclaw-"

Harry nodded as he stood up surging out of the room.
