• Stella's POV •
Okay, so apparently, Natalie came home the next day after the concert and caught me and Hunter sleeping next to each other. She said our legs were tangled up and she had to wake Hunter and leave me alone. I don't know what happened after that.
It's a Saturday and I was sitting on the couch in my pajamas watching morning shows at 7am. Natalie was in the kitchen, cooking breakfast for both of us. We didn't have any classes for today so we didn't bother to be in a hurry. Natalie was blasting some Bring Me The Horizon in full volume while the TV was turned on so that wasn't progressive.
I stood up and went inside the kitchen where Natalie was washing the frying pan she used. The table was set as well; two plates, two glasses, a bottle of maple syrup and two forks. She made pancakes for us. Hooray.
"Why, you can make a good mom in the future," I said, sitting on one of the chairs.
"Of course, I can," she smirked. Her blonde hair was pushed up in a messy ponytail and she had blue apron on. She wiped her hands on a towel by the sink and joined me as I ate.
"What did you tell Hunter after you woke him up? I asked.
Natalie smirked at me. "Do you need to know?"
"Well, no but-"
"Stell, it's obvious that he likes you," Natalie said. "I don't know. He's a really good guy. He respects girls and he gets along with everyone."
"Yeah, but I still have to fix things between me and Luke," I said.
"And Hunter knows that," Natalie said, biting off a piece of her pancake. "I think he wants to build a closer friendship between you guys. Look, Hunter is kind of feared by other guys but deep inside he's really soft. I don't know why I'm saying this." Natalie chuckled for a bit.
Then the doorbell rang. We both looked at each other. Who would come visit us early in the morning? It couldn't be Hunter because that guy's a heavy sleeper. Natalie stood up and dusted off her apron and went off to open the door.
I was left there, eating the pancakes Natalie made.
"Hey, Stell! You might want to greet this person!" Natalie called out.
I narrowed my eyebrows and bit off the last piece of pancake on my fork. I stood up, still chewing on the pancake and went to the living room. The door was wide open and Natalie was standing at the side. Standing outside the door, in a patterned sweater, black jeans and Converse was my brother, Kian.
My eyes widened and I ran going to him. I hugged him tightly like I haven't seen him in ages. Well, it was kind of true. The last time I've seen Kian was when I moved to Natalie and I's apartment. Heck, I don't even get to see him in Norwest. Well, that's because we have different schedules and he's a bit more busy.
"Oh my god, what're you doing here?" I said, pulling away from him.
"I wanted to visit you," Kian smiled.
"You're kidding me," I said.
He laughed. "Can you tell?"
I punched him arm. "Come inside."
We walked inside and Kian waved at Natalie. "Have you eaten breakfast?"
"Yes and no," he said, sitting on the couch. "But don't worry, I'm not hungry."
"Are you sure? We've got pancakes," Natalie said, fixing her hair. I looked at it as she flipped it around. Natalie's hair was so much lighter than mine it looked so fragile that if you light a match next to her hair, she'd be bald.
