The exam season has finally come to an end. Harry Potter was sure he would achieve atleast an E on every subject and an O for DADA. He practically did not care.
On the contrary, Hermione Granger was, in terms of respect, freaking out.
"What if I fail, what if I get expelled and have my wand snapped or worse what if I am retained in 1st year while you guys go to your 2nd" Hermione rambled, eyes wide open with her bushy hair going to all sorts of places.
"Relax 'Mione, I wouldn't be surprised if you got the highest score, you've clearly put a lot of effort. The entire Gryffindor common room knows it" Ron says, trying to console Hermione. It was true, she has been studying day and night for these exams and was not lenient to the ones who even dared to disturb her.
"Yes 'Mione, It is impossible for you to fail, Fred and George would have to pay a lot to the Ravenclaws if that happens." Harry said in jest. Fred and George had a huge argument with the Ravenclaws and made a bet that Hermione would be the one getting the highest score
"Thanks to you, I make sure my pronunciation sounds right while saying it. LeviOsa. See" Ron says, chuckling
The trio laughed out loudly until,
"Look what we have here" came a voice
The trio turned around to see Hesper Black and Draco Malfoy
"Let's see, the 'Golden trio'. Pathetic" Draco says in a sneer
" No idea why it is called so, Golden refers to Pure, But here we have a poor blood-traitor, an orphaned half-blood and a pathetic mudblood, I clearly can't see any purity here, now can I?"Hesper says with a smirk
Harry could retort in the rudest way possible when Hesper referred to him as orphan, but bit his tongue as this would definitely upset Sirius, his Godfather, as Hesper was his own nephew. Instead he replied,
"We got the name because 'Golden' also means pure minds, something which you clearly lack. " Harry said in an extremely calm manner with a raised eyebrow and a slight smirk
"Now if you two don't mind, we have better things to do rather than listening to your opinions, come on 'Mione" Ron says as he pulls Hermione with him, leaving the Slytherin duo with wide eyes
" We will come back for you Potter" Hesper mumbles, his voice laced with threat, before stomping off.
"Guys you need not do that for me, Harry, Sirius might be upset for that"
Hermione said
"He would be proud that I am standing up for my friends"
Harry says with a soft smile
"Now come off of it Hermione, I want to play exploding snap, wanna join?" Ron asks
"Of course" Harry replies
" What have I done to deserve you as best friends" Hermione asks sighing
"I don't know, but now that you are, there is no escaping" Harry says with a playful smile.
They head to the Gryffindor common room when they see a new note on the notice board
DEAR STUDENTS
I,MINERVA MCGONAGALL, AM PLEASED TO TELL YOU THAT A PARENT TEACHER MEETING WILL BE HELD ON THE SECOND WEEK OF THE ACADEMIC BREAK. YOU ARE EXPECTED TO BRING YOUR PARENTS/GUARDIANS TO MEET THE PROFFESORS OF HOGWARTS. THE PARENTS OF MUGGLE-BORNS WILL BE ALLOWED THROUGH CERTAIN ENCHANTMENTS ONLY FOR THAT DAY

"Oh great!" Ron says, quite exasperated
"Well, atleast my mum and dad get to see Hogwarts" Says Hermione excitingly.
"Looks like I have a letter to send to Sirius, I will be back" Harry says
" Hang on, even we have to send a letter to our parents" says Hermione.
" Oh I am sure Percy would send a letter, Ok I am coming" Ron quickly replies in the end as Hermione sends him a death glare.
They head to the owlery with pieces of parchment and pens, courtesy of Hermione.
DEAR SIRIUS,
WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A PARENT TEACHER MEETING AT HOGWARTS. IT IS AFTER A WEEK OF ACADEMIC BREAK. CAN YOU REPLY TELLING IF YOU ARE GONNA COME WITH MARLENE OR NOT?

He pets Hedwig before he gives her the letter. She flys off and disappeared into the sky, carrying the letter tied to her legs.
"Informed your parents Ron?"Harry asked
" Yes , they are going to have to come for the meetings of Fred, George, Percy and I." Ron says mournfully. The last thing he wanted was to have his mum listen to what he does in classes, especially Potions.
"What about yours 'Mione?" Harry asked
" I think they will be more than happy to come" Hemione says cheerfully
"Well well" came a voice
They turned around to see Hesper in his full glory.
"Again Hesper?" Harry asks groaning on the inside
" Don't you have anything else to do Black?" Ron says. His towering height was enough for the Black boy to step back.
"You have read the announcement I presume Potter, looks like my dad is gonna meet your godfather, better watch out"Hesper says in a sneer and left.
God knows why he even bothered to come
Harry hadn't thought about it, Sirius hadn't seen Regulus for a long time, how would they gonna react after seeing each other
"Oh golly ,All hell is gonna break loose!" Ron exclaims behind him.
"Shut up Ronald" Hermione snaps to which he nods quickly
But Ron was right, All hell is gonna break loose
Later that day, Sirius sent a letter, saying he will come along with Marlene, which was quite obvious.
In bed, Harry went through some deep thinking, how would Sirius and Regulus act around each other. Would they let their temper get the better of them or would they continue to be cold to each other. He drifted off to sleep, still thinking about the possible events
