Esmè walked out of charms class with her sister nova and sighed as she saw Harry "oh here comes the chosen one" nova said as Esmè snorted
"I saw you two at the quidditch World Cup" he said as Esmè crossed her arms over her chest and looked to him
"so I saw a lot of people"
"I know that you two did something I know that you are the reason the dark mark appeared I mean you are slytherin and hang around with draco malfoy" Harry said as Esmè looked to him and rolled her eyes
"my god you really are stupid it's a good job you aren't a Ravenclaw isn't it's so what if we were at the match, I'm on the quidditch team here and nova supports it, we were invited by the malfoys and why would we be behind the dark mark, you may be the chosen one but that night screwed with us too" Esmè said as Harry frowned

"our parents were killed too, it's not all about you, it wasn't us and I don't know it was but not everything is about you" Esmè said as annoyed

Esme sat in the library and looked to see Remus as he walked in. He walked over to her and smiled
"hey are you okay" he asked as she smiled
"I'm fine"
"I heard that you had words with Harry" he said as he sat down with her as she looked to him and smiled
"he thinks because I'm a slytherin I'm bad we'll I'm not. I am smart and ambitious and it's not a bad thing. All of this is a mess" she said as Remus sat opposite her and looked to her and smiled
"I remember when James and Lily got pregnant with the three of you. She was terrified and he was excited. Your father was talking over having his own quidditch team. All I am saying is if your parents were jere they'd be proud of you don't let it get to you" he said as esme smiled. She placed a hand on top of his and smiled
"thanks it means a lot it's just tense you know" esme sos as he nodded. Esme looked to him for a moment and frowned as she saw how tired he was
"full moon" she asked as he smiled
"tonight" he said as she smiled "maybe try and get some rest
"you look as if you need it" she said as her fingers brushed against the scar at the back of his hand as they held a look

Esme sat in the great hall and looked to the cup and sighed "who do you think will get picked" Pansy asked as Esmè sighed as nova rolled her eyes
"who cares you have to be stupid to enter this I mean you'll end up killed" nova said as draco chuckled. Esmè looked to them as she noticed the tension between the two friends
"you know she's not wrong" draco said as dumbledore stood to the podium
"Sit down please. And now the moment you've all been waiting for, the champions selection!" Dumbledore said as Dumbledore approaches the blue flame and it glows red. A name comes out. Everyone looks on anxiously.
"The Durmstrang champion is ... Viktor Krum!" The Durmstrang crowd cheer. Another name comes out.
"The champion from Beauxbatons... Fleur Delacour" dumbledore Said the Beauxbatons girls cheer as Fleur walks up. Another name comes out.
"The Hogwarts champion... Cedric Diggory" dumbledore said as the Hogwarts pupils cheer as Cedric takes the stage.
"Excellent! we now have our three champions! But in the end only one will go down in history. Only one will hoist this chalice of champions, this vessel of victory the tri-wizard cup!" Dumbledore said as People cheer, but the goblet glows red once more and another name flies out. Dumbledore takes it and reads..
"lHarry Potter. Harry Potter?" He said as Esmè scoffed
"you have got to be fucking with me" Esmè said shaking her head
"Harry Potter!" Dumbledore yelled as Harry slowly walks up. Dumbledore gives him the paper. Voices in the crowd shout out.
"He's a cheat! He's not even seventeen yet" a voice yelled as Esmè shock her head
"I wonder if Esmè right and if he'll get killed this year" Blaise said as nova chuckled slightly as Esmè frowned to herself
She knew that there was something bigger going on and she couldn't help but worry
