After Juliette had gotten her timetable along with the number and password of her locker, all the Cullens guided her to her through the school and to her locker. She starts putting many things inside it while the Cullens find themselves behind her, talking.
-Did you see eveyone reaction after see Edward and Juliette? - Emmett asks mockingly
-You're lucky that you can't hear the thought of each and every one of them. - Edward says, making his brothers laugh
-Pity for you, Eddie, you'll have to go through it for the rest of the year. - Edward rolls his eyes while Juliette closes her locker and looks back at the Cullens.
-Aren't you supposed to go to class? - Juliette asks crossing her arms
Before someone could answer, they hear the bell, indicating that the classes are starting. The Cullens turn around, each one of them going to their class, leaving Juliette and Edward alone. The newborn looks at him who finds himself looking at the last few students that are left in the hallway that keep staring at Juliette.
-Don't be like that, just block your gift. - She says taking his neck. He immeidately takes her by the waist.
-As if it was that easy. - He says sarcastically
-Oh, please, you have more centuries of experience than me and I already control my gift. - She says smiling, being proud of herself
Still holding Edward's neck, Juliette takes off one of her gloves to touch his neck delicately. He smiles and starts shakiing his head, feeling how he's freezing bit by bit.
-I can freeze you at any moment but I won't because I love you. - She says mockingly without taking away her hand from his neck but blocks her gift
-So you're jealous. - Edward says reading her thoughts
-What? - She asks while putting again her glove
-When you block your gift, you let me read your thoughts. I think you'll have to keep practicing to block both of them. - Juliette smiles and encloses her eyes.
-We'll practice at another time. Now, guide me to history class. - Newborn leans to leave a small kiss on her partner's lips.
Edward takes her hand and they start walking towards history class with the rest of the students in the hallway's look.
