I'm starting to see the appeal of xReader books. Your story managed to engulf me since chapter 1. I almost felt like a businesswoman with a painful past, reliving the heroine's emotions along with her. However, past and present tense switch around quite often. It would be even more effective if you stick to present tense only.
I've noticed a few grammar issues here and there but nothing major.

All your book managed to do is convince me how much I do NOT want to have children! Ever! At about chapter 4 I was ready to run for the hills towards forever single life. The panic was real. For some people babies might be cute but... Yeah, not for me.
On a more serious note, your writing style is good, pacing is just right, and dialogue between characters makes it fun to read. There aren't that many grammar issues but at places you're missing commas.
Overall, it's an entertaining book and it could teach readers a thing or two on what not to do when you're responsible for a cute little devil.
